From admin to doctor horrible staff. Treat veterans like crap. Went in with 3 herniated discs and 2 pinched nerves to follow up from my ER visit the night before and they sent me home without seeing the doctor because they didn’t renew my VA authorization! They just take as many clients as possible to generate maximum income. Had to file a complaint with VA so hopefully they will take this provider off the list of outpatient VA providers!

I schedule come for appointment it was at 11:45 and was seen 2 hours later I don’t understand what’s worst appointment or walk-in it take same average or more to been seein , yet the practitioner only takes 5 min of his time to have wrong diagnosis I have to visit another clinic for a correct diagnose is ridiculous because this clinic schedule appointment with out your authorization and call you saying you missed and charge the insurance .. I just wonder if whoever is incharge of this facility read our comment and notice that is seriously bad reviews... and that with out mention the rudeness of staff there is a CNA or I don’t know what he does but take you vitals but he’s is rude he is RUDE no manners he is tall bald gentleman please of this clinic is continue operating at least take this review serious and do something about at least if taking us long time period make your staff been polite

You will never see an actual Dr. You will see a practitioner. Every time.They will try to get you to go into their office for anything. They tried several times to get me to go in to get test results. Funny thing is that they weren’t the ordering physician and I had already received my test results from my specialists. Endless calls telling me I had to do this or that. Things that were never discussed while at their office. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t go to these offices. They are just trying to get money out of your insurance company! I told them last week to stop calling me. I already had a new Doctor. I got a letter today from their office saying they were banning me from going to them anymore because they couldn’t reach me in regards to my annual check up and my insurance company kept calling them about it. And because of this they were losing points! Ridiculous because I had already had my annual at the beginning of the year. Stay away from this Doc in a box! They’re money hungry thieves!!!!

When you go to this clinic to see doctor Armendaris, don’t expect to see him, it’s always a new nurse practitioner, what doesn’t know anything about your medical history. They spend 5min on you, 3 of they do reading your chart, the do a fast check up and out the door you go! I say it’s the fast food of healthcare because, the don’t give you quality, yet it’s fast. All in all this place is a big SCAM, they try to get you back in for any reason, just to collect from your insurance. If you need a refill of something simple, you have to go back in for a check up, need a referral to a chiropractor, they need to see you first. They act as if they care, but in 9 years I never met Dr. Armendariz and goin four or five, times a year, I never once saw the same NP. It’s onfortunate to say, but more people know me at the hospital, than at my primary doctors clinic. Despite I go their on a regular basis. If you care about your health and value yourself I strongly worn you about going to this clinic. You are much better off at a urgent care center. I learned that the hard way as I ended up at the ER and they where not able to contact or retrieve any medical records from my primary Doctor! So I got sick because of the poor health care I was getting, it would of been impossible for them to diagnose me or suspect something sooner, dipute my multiple attempts. !

They charged me and my spouse out of pocket because they claimed my insurance would not cover a Routine Physical. When I called my insurance, I discovered that it is covered in full AND the Dr. submitted a claim for double the amount he charged me. He basically got money from me and my insurance. Now I'm in the process of trying to get refunded by his office.

Worst medical experience I've ever had. After moving to El Paso I chose this place as it was near my home. After over two years of making appointments to see him, I never as much as met him. as I was pushed off to see a PA. When I asked to have my records I was refused. I then got a letter from him saying he was dropping me as a patient as I never followed his instructions. How could I get instructions from him when he stood me up for every appointment I had to see him and not one of his PAs. Not my choice for medical help!!!!

You have to keep on them to call your prescription to the pharmacy. So many times they dont ever call them in

I hate this place never going back. Nobody knows anything. Stupid wife of dr armendariz thinks that she knows everything.

WORST place, Dr.s spend more time on phone for a 5min diagnosis no patient interaction

Very disappointed I recently had lab orders dne in Oct it took two visits and almost a mnth 2 receive my results..reason is they couldn't find em just pure slack from all office staff! I had to go in person myself to retrieve em. Not to mention what Dr. Armendariz wife and staff r doing to their patients!! They calling patients waisting our time n gas saying come in right away to find out nothing is wrong with u lots of complaints with tht issue!!! Dr. Armendariz needs to stop being greedy bout money and start being more attentive to patients and getting on his staff more if he can't it means close dwn ur offices cause u just need one it's obvious u just hire the wrst Dr's ever!!!!

I'm very please with these DR. he takes his time and ask a lot of question and request a lot of blood work to find out what is going out with you. Thank you

its ok. always full and hardly ever there but he has other doctors there. once thing is that u will wait like 45 min. to be called in. good thing is that he has walk ins which is convenient as well as his late hourse.

I visited this Doctor office not so long ago aroung the night time late evening hours, It happened that the doctor taking care of me was Dr. Mustafa... It appeared as Dr. Mustafa was so tired of how many clients he was having that night that he had to keep asking his staff how many visitors were up front, and when they answered he would be very sarcastic on responding back like he wanted to rush each patient out the door, well the story goes beyond this point, this Doctor should get his doctors liscense revoked!! He did nothing for Me or other patients who waited forever for him, he basicly wanted to know what was wrong with us and give us a quick way out the door by telling us to visit him in a month.... this guy is a plain loser, avoid him as he will not give you the facts or help you out, Stay away from this doctor and head to another reliable one.
