Got right in within a weeks time! Everyone that I can in contact with was great. Excellent customer service all around! I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was helpful. I got some procedures scheduled. It was a smooth process & I enjoyed my visit.

I have been coming to this office for six years. Regularly. I have to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Several times I’ve waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I saw the doctor …This office regularly over books and makes people wait way too long for the scheduled appointments As frustrating as that can be, I continued to see this doctor. I had a condition that requires an endoscope and it was are scheduled for today, November 27 at 2:30 PM. They gave me a sheet of paper that shows what medicines I am not supposed to take , nowhere in this list is Ozempic mentioned!!! when I showed up ( at the surgery center) for my endoscope procedure today they told me I could not have the procedure because I have to stop Ozempic seven days prior to the procedure. I missed an entire day of work Because this office effed up.!!! I went into the office and ask them to please schedule me for next Monday so that I can get all of this taken care of this calendar year because I am at my out-of-pocket max. She could not do this for me, I got angry and loud and I do regret that …but I want everyone to know this office is terrible. They overbook appointments and make you wait regularly 30 minutes or more. They hand out pre-endoscope information that does not contain what I need. It should have said don’t take Ozempic for seven days prior to the procedure. It doesn’t say it. Below is a screenshot of what they sent me. I’ve had enough of this effing doctors office I will be getting a new G.I. doctor and start the new year fresh so I don’t have to wait again and again again for the terrible service in this office. Also.. read the other reviews here. Dr sood is not personable at all. I don’t expect a kiss on the face.. but his office demeanor is terrible.. plus I talk to him for less than 5 minutes regularly and it’s like you could’ve done over a phone call or send an email and email would’ve had more information than when he shares during a consultation. I was referred to Dr Sood for my colonoscopy. While obviously a very busy practice (which is a good sign) I did have to wait a bit to get scheduled. It was a coupe weeks for consultation 2 more weeks until procedure and 2 weeks for follow-up. At consultation I waited maybe 15 min before I saw the Dr. At the procedure it was clockwork. Arrived at 2 for my 2:30 I think I was "out" by 2:40 and finished by 3:30 out the door. I didn't expect to see the Dr. after procedure but he made the effort to stop by. All in all a good experience. In this town a busy Dr's office is a good sign. I don't mind having to wait if I can see an excellent Dr.

I have never written a bad review for ANYTHING in my life. I am a woman in my ‘70’s and am writing this review in the hope that someone reading this might be spared my absolutely horrendous experience recently. I scheduled the appointment myself to obtain basic diagnostic test referrals. I needed the doctor’s suggestions as I am not a candidate for anesthesia at this time. Dr. Sood was COMBATIVE and confrontational from the minute he walked in the room! It appeared that he felt the need to frighten-coerce me into getting a colonoscopy (requiring anaesthesia). I could see immediately something was wrong, but my efforts to get on the same page with him were completely unsuccessful. He wasn’t interested in a word I had to say and kept cutting me off before I could finish a sentence! Adding insult to injury, he accused me of LYING TO HIM – TWICE-- 2 separate issues!! Finally, I was given a test referral, but unfortunately, while checking out, Dr. Sood felt the need to follow me and pick up on proving I had lied to him again about having had a colonoscopy. I was not lying. I could not believe his demeanor. Frustrated and VERY ATYPICAL from my normal behavior, I told him he was UPSETTING me, and I walked out of the office

I wish to commend Diana Perez for her amazing, compassionate & very efficient/professionalism . She is definitely an asset to your Medical Practice. Her kindness, empathy, knowledge & professional mannerism made a huge difference to us in dealing with the devastating news of my husband Terry Knezevich's diagnosis. Her kindness goes beyond the expected. She has answered any & of all my questions with such compassion thus making the entire process less frustrating. Dr. Sood was nice and informing.

Prior to making my appointment with the doctor I read several reviews claiming that he was uncaring and that he was never on time for his appointments. I don't know what occurred to those 2 people but I was called in right on time and the Doctor was caring and insightful. I would highly recommend him !

Any time we needed to call, the staff is so rude. You really are just a number. I could give a list of complaints but it's not worth my efforts! If you want to go there, your choice. Expect a lousy experience all the way around! Staff is VERY rude and Dr. is a condescending, arrogant and doesn't listen!

He billed $380 for an office consultation for a preventative colonoscopy stating that it involved 3 key components and a detailed exam. What he actually did was spend less than 45 seconds with me. asking when was my last colonoscopy and were there complications. That is it. Did not even take blood pressure. This was after waiting in his office for over an hour for my appointment and there weren't even any other patients waiting. On the day of the procedure, he was 2 hours behind schedule because I discovered that he double books and has two patients scheduled for each time slot. Rather than being a caring doctor, he is running a money making factory. He clearly has no respect for his patients' time. Avoid him at all costs.

WORST DOC EVER!

Dr.Sood keep insisting I had to be an alcoholic due to my tests and it couldn't possibly be due to the medication I have been on for years due to fibromyalgia and nerve pain I have; which other doctors concluded. Also, he said I needed to have the Whipple Procedure. This is a major surgical operation. We decided to get a second opinion; and found out I was far from needing this surgery. I was not the only patient at St. Rose that he recommended to have this surgery. All I can say is tell everyone to stay away from this doctor.

I took my son here and spent thousands of dollars to find out what is wrong with him. Never got a diagnosis. referred us to someone else and never heard back from him

This Doctor just cares for billing your insurance money. He will make you make unnecessary appointments just to bill more money. The worst is that he hardly spends time on you.

He wanted me to continue to return regularly for additional appointments when he did little or nothing at each appointment. He had a student come in and ask a few questions and then he came in and pontificated and left. Had performed an unnecessary procedure that didn't accomplish anything.
