Dr. Frank and his staff are simply THE BEST! I look forward to every appointment. They are always on time, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, the list goes on!

Dr. Frank is the best OBGYN I have ever been to. He was my doctor through my 3rd pregnancy and it was a wonderful experience to have a doctor that is so wonderful and caring. He always spent time with me answering any questions and addressing any concerns I may have had. His office and staff were also amazing. The ease of making appointments and checking in was unlike anything I have experienced anywhere else. Labor and delivery was a breeze. Now that I have had my baby I miss my regular visits to Dr. Frank's office!

Dr. Frank is great! But his staff are rude & the one who answers the Gurnee phone is rude. She will put you on hold every 10 secs & she cuts you off when you try to tell her something. She then also talks to whoever is around her & laughs & giggles. She is very unprofessional.

This guy cares for you as a person! He is finally doing the things the laundry list of gynecologists before him should have done for me! Quickest pap smear of your life too! I am overweight and self conscious, no worries! He made me feel so comfortable! He takes time to teach and help you understand your diagnosis and options.

This doctor and staff treated me very kind. I feel very comfortable telling him everything.My delivery was a success would highly recommend him. He made sure I was 100% before he stop following up with me thanks Dr. Frank

He doesn't spend time during our appts, he doesn't ask me about how anything is going, he isn't giving me any advice, he knows this is my first child so I dont know ANYTHING about being pregnant. All he does is check the heart beat and measure the stomach. The office is not organized. They dont know the last thing they told you, they dont do common sense things they should do. They set me up for a testing, and didnt give me in advance what I would need for the test. However, everyone in the office is nice, as well as Dr. Frank. Everyone is cordial and respectful.
