Dr. Ramon Espinosa, MD

He abandoned me. He hurt more than he helped.

This doctor stiffed his patients and snuck out the back door like a thief in the night leaving patients without meds and any recourse. Yesterday I caught him while leaving and he promised to phone in prescriptions. He lied and left many patients at great risk.

Outstanding doctor - absolutely worth the waiting time! Very attentive and available to his patients.

His wait times are insane. I've intentionally scheduled myself as his first appointment of the day to avoid this, and still waited over an hour. His staff is rude, and I don't believe he's a very good doctor.

Dr. Espinosa has been a wonderful doctor for me. I have been very sick for many years, and although what I have is not a specialty for him, he is kind and courteous and has never failed to help in any way. We do not live on the Cape, but travel an hour to see him several times a year. My husband agrees that he has been the best "family doctor" I have ever had. Dr. Espinosa truly cares about his patients, and their quality of life. I am sixty years old and have been his patient for about 14 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Espinosa for 12 years now and I have never been happier. I never feel rushed and I find him to be very concerned and caring . The staff are all terrific and professional!! I find Dr. Espinosa to be an asset to my life and my health. Thanks

I find it very disheartening that you are so willing to shut the door on your patients. I understand you are busy but I would think that you wold have some care and concern regarding a patient that has been hospitalized several times under your care for asthma. To be able to only have to answer a few questions regarding a prescription that you have prescribed for several years should be a dream day for you.

Dr. Espinosa has been my doctor for many years and I'm grateful to have him. He is thorough and competent and has guided me through several (mostly minor-thankfully) medical issues.

MANY YEARS AGO, MY (NOW DECEASED) ELDERLY MOTHER WAS HOUSEBOUND. SHE WAS FORTUNATE TO RECEIVE THE SERVICES OF HER LOCAL VISITING NURSES. VISITING NURSES DEAL WITH MANY DOCTORS AND HER VISITING NURSES WOULD ALWAYS COMMENT ON HOW MUCH THEY APPRECIATED DR ESPINOSA BECAUSE HE WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO DISCUSS THEIR CONCERNS FOR THE PATIENT THEY WOULD BE CALLING ABOUT. AT THE TIME, I WAS SEEING ANOTHER (CLOSER TO MY HOME) DOCTOR. I HAD AN OVERNIGHT HOSPITAL VISIT AFTER A VISIT TO THE ER. WHEN I HAD A FOLLOW-UP OFFICE VISIT WITH THE PRIOR PROFESSIONAL, I ASKED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN 'INTELLIGENT' QUESTION - IF I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM AGAIN, WHAT TYPE OF TESTING WOULD HE RECOMMEND TO SEE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE PAIN - THE ANSWER I RECEIVED WASN'T WHAT I WAS EXPECTING (TAKE MORE MYLANTA NEXT TIME) AND DECIDED TO MAKE THE MOVE TO SEE DR ESPINOSA. I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I WAS WHEN I HAD MY INITIAL VISIT AND WHILE TAKING MY HISTORY, MY SAME QUESTION CAME UP AND HIS ANSWER WAS VERY DIFFERENT. I'VE NOT HAD THAT TYPE OF PAIN AGAIN, BUT FELT COMFORTABLE KNOWING IF I HAD, THERE WAS A PLAN IN PLACE FOR ADD'L PROPER TESTING. WHILE WE NOW DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER TO HIS OFFICE, DR ESPINOSA HAS BEEN OUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN FOR OVER 10 YRS NOW. HE IS EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND TAKES OUR QUESTIONS/CONCERNS SERIOUSLY. WE'VE NEVER FELT LIKE A 'NUMBER' THERE.
