This rating is solely based on the office staff and wait time. How long would you wait to see a doctor. We just waited 2.5 hours and walked out. I'm sorry but if your running that far behind please be courteous enough to tell your patients in advance. Our time is valuable as well.

I came to Dr. O because she cared for my grandmother and uncle in the past & they loved her. When I went to her, I was having shortness of breath and some other complications. She immediately scheduled stress tests for me as well as put me on a 30 day heart monitor. Although my issues were more stress and weight related, she has always shown great concern in making sure even the slightest pain I advised her of concerning my heart was not overlooked. She even changed blood pressure meds that I had been on for years that were not helping my high blood pressure and I immediately began to feel better. I would refer her to anyone because she is thorough and she will explain anything not clear to you even after her explanation, you just have to ask. Now that I have lost the weight necessary to not over stress my heart, I recently went back to her and she celebrated my accomplishments with me. Her bedside manners are fantastic and I would trust her with any decision she felt was in my best health. The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because some of the staff members are not very friendly and can make a stressful situation more uncomfortable. Making an appointment at the location you really desire is not always an option which is a disappointment and once you get there, the wait time to be seen is also not good. However, Dr. O does spend a good deal of time with you so overall I am satisfied.
