Always easy to make appointments. Staff are friendly. Office is clean and the wait time is minimal. Dr. Xie knows her patients, is knowledgeable and willing to hear to her patients.

It seems that MS. J. Oliver is the office manager is making a decision for Dr. Xie and denying patient’s inquiries right off the bat! Dr. Xie’s husband works in the office and it seems that it’s all about a “family affair” and not very professional office environment without any structural oversights and the service is mediocre at best. You could find a better service in the area!

I visited her a few times, had very negative impression with her. She refused to provide my lap result even if the result was normal, she requested me to make another appointment to visit her and then she would pass the result to me. And she was very rude, she opened this office only for making money from patients, not to help people.

I had to wait a bit, but it was worth the wait- Dr. Xie was wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am new to the city, so I am happy to have found a great doctor.

We just had our first baby, a beautiful daughter, by the guidance of Dr. Xie. She is an excellent doctor and fits every requirement that we ask for a professional healthcare provider. She answers all our questions with patience, care about us, and with great amount of knowledge and experiences. (She even call us personally to follow us up sometimes. ) You will have a great journey with Dr. Xie.

In my opinion (and I'm a nurse and senior citizen), I've never had a better doctor. She has a wonderful manner and comprehensive knowledge. You can ask questions and she follows up on problems. She will work with you and for you.

This woman doctor is so nice and patient! she spent 45 minutes with me in the exam room, wow, how often do you run into a doctor who is willing to spend that much time???
