He is thorough and spends time with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have. When contacted after hours for an issue I had he returned my call promptly. He discussed what procedure he is planning From first visit through follow-ups everyone is pleasant and courteous I felt comfortable with him doing the surgery

Gave me an appointment the same day that I called. Very courteous and helpful.

They got me in to the office within 2 days from my calling the office. I needed an MRI and it was done the same day. He saw me after and explained what I needed, and took care of it same day. I left feeling much better after my appointment and he had a plan for therapy . I am very pleased with his care.

Dr. Norris did a great job fixing my rotator cuff tear. Graduated from the pillow today. I can always depend on him to do a great job.

Dr. Norris really took the time to explain things and make sure I was understanding. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He is a true professional and so happy I was able to be a patient of his.

Always timely, to the point. I believe he is one of the best orthopedic doctors around.

Dr. Norris was pleasant for the 5 minutes I met with him. They happened to be running behind that day and I'm guessing I helped make up lost time. Normally my experiences have been positive.
