Dr. Randy Scott Morris, MD

If I could give a negative number here, I would. This clinic does not make it clear that the actual surgery center isn’t covered by insurance even if your insurance covers your visits with Dr. Morris-total scam. You will have to pay additional money to the clinic to go there that is on top of your procedure. Dr. Morris refused to use the same successful protocol with a previously successful egg donor because there was a medication he refused to use at his clinic-Menopur. I was not given this info until after we had a failed cycle with the egg donor. She was deflated and so were we. These people are unorganized, do not care about the actual success of the treatment and really looking to play God with your time, pocketbook and family. Find another clinic, do not go here.

Dr. Morris and his entire staff are a phenomenal group of people. They made us feel comfortable from the first moment we called to set up an appointment. They have been patient with our (many) questions, and kind in every interaction. Under Dr. Morris's recommendation, we underwent IVF. His expertise and medical recommendation was spot on during every step of the process, and 2 months later- we are pregnant! We are so grateful to this entire staff for all of the time, expertise, patience, and kindness they have shown us, in what can normally be a somewhat stressful chapter of life. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking infertility treatment!

My husband and I can't say anything bad about this doctor or the staff. They are so understanding and compassionate You never feel like a number they made you feel like you were their only patient. They took the time hear from you and to answer questions. I never felt rushed by anyone there. My daughter would not be here without doctor Morris or is staff. Thank you

Thanks to doctor Morris and his patient, caring and amazing staff I got pregnant on my 2nd IVF and at 43 years old and now have a beautiful 1 year old son.

I've only been seeing Dr Morris for a week. Already I have answers and hope where there was only despair. I would recommend anyone struggling with infertility see Dr Morris he and his staff are truly angels on earth and you get treated with compassion respect and never ever wait more than a few minutes

When we walked into the consultation, we were greeted pleasantly by Dr. Morris. Throughout the entire consultation he demonstrated patience and a caring demeanor. We felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Morris' knowledge and expertise.

I came to Dr. Morris after going to different fertility doctor. He was very nice and understanding. The billing department and nurses were also amazing. After many failed cycles at my other doctor, I got pregnant after the first round of IVF and have a beautiful baby girl that I never thought I was going to have. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Morris and his staff and am so thankful for them.

Dr Morris was very straightforward and honest. He explained things clearly and in detail. His staff was great at answering questions even after I had been transferred to my OB I was able to call with questions.

My husband and I cannot say enough about Dr. Morris and his fabulous staff. Our experience with his team of experts was outstanding! We were always made to feel like his most important patient and are so blessed to have child thanks to his superior team!

I had searched long and hard to locate a specialist that could give me some answers about sub-clinical hypothyroidism and after checking the internet extensively came across Dr. Randy S. Morris and his office in Plainefield, Illinois. When I called to make an appointment I explained the purpose of my call and her response was, "we are a fertility clinic," is a boarder line holier than tho tone. I mentioned that, "it makes mention that he treats hypothyroidism on the website." So, I would think that that area of treatment needs to be removed from the website and others such as Yelp and Healthgrades, etc. or the individual needs a refresher in what this doctor practices. But hey, you look real good on camera in all of those interview news clips doc!

so far i have not met dr. morris ,,but have an appointment,, the office staff, the lady who handles insurance, getting my medical records have been great,,the office follows up with concerns,,, i am have had 3 miscarriages in a roll,, and i hope dr. morris can help our family,, we do have one little girl, so their might be hope,, thanks for all the reviews,, makes me comfortable and hopeful seeing dr. morris. i heard he he kind,, and that is what matters to me too.

DR. Morris was very good doctor for us. Listened to us and gave good options. Much better than other doctors we saw. you can tell the doctors who really care and this is 1 of them. would gladly use him again for our next baby.

I started researching fertility doctors when I found out my husband had no sperm. I am an internet research junkie. I went to several different rating sites as well as websites from various infertility support groups. Dr. Morris (and his staff) consistently received the highest ratings. Our personal experience confirmed what I read. He is thoughtful, compassionate and honest. He explained our options to us in a clear way (with PowerPoint no less!). He and his staff guided us through treatment (my husband needed surgery to get sperm and then IVF with ICSI). The whole thing could not have been easier. We will definitely go back to Dr. Morris when its time for number two.

Very professional, knowledgeable doctor and staff. Had me complete basic testing first and then started treatment. I was pregnant inside of a few months. I would recommend highly.

Several years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had to have chemotherapy. My Gyne referred me to Dr. Morris because sometimes chemo destroys your ovaries and I wanted to have children. Dr. Morris had me take fertility medication and then removed eggs from my ovaries. The eggs were frozen. My breast cancer was cured but I went into menopause and cant have children anymore without help. My husband and I went back to see Dr. Morris. We now have gotten pregnant with the frozen eggs! I am so thankful for him and his team! I recommend them highly!

I had 4 times (1 fresh and 3 frozen) embryo's transfer .None worked and no explanation why it did'n work..Dr Morris just trowed the dice on the table and said he doesn't know...

Dr. Morris and his staff at IVF1 in Plainfield provided the best experience I have ever had with any type of doctor's anywhere! We used the Plainfield office mostly but had ultrasounds at the Naperville office also. Lori, our nurse, was phenomenal! Caring, knowledgeable and accessible. Hai Lee (Li?) draws blood but I swear I could hardly feel it. Dr. Morris, well what can I say? He is very straightforward. He told me my prognosis was poor at our second visit. He said he wanted to make sure I had realistic expectations because I might decide not to do treatment. I had been to three other practices before (one in MI and two in IL). Those doctors always were trying to push me in to going into a treatment. I would have given him a great review even if I hadn't gotten pregnant under his care on my very first try. Ladies, look no further! This is the only guy to see!

My problem was multiple miscarriages (5 in all). I went to see three doctors before seeing Dr. Morris and his team. After completing testing (everything was done in his office- convenient!) there wasn't one major thing that was found but a few little things. He put together a treatment plan that involved a few different therapies. Well, as I'm sure you guessed by now, I finally kept my baby. Just delivered a week ago. I am convinced that I never would have a baby without the help of Dr. Morris

We had seen other doctors before coming to Dr. Morris. The first one was o.k. The second one we hated. Our experience with Dr. Morris' office was phenomenal! The staff is great. Dr. Morris explains things better than any doctor I have ever had. We had testing to do first. They couldn't have made it more convenient. Hai, who draws blood in the Naperville office is amazing! We needed IVF (of course - nothing is ever easy with me!). I was really nervous about it but they really put me at ease. It worked! I have twins coming in another couple of weeks. The hardest part was leaving the office to go back to my OB/Gyn.
