Dr. Rifaey was wonderful, listened genuinely to my concerns and was very thorough in her examination and taking the time to answer my questions. The nurse who put me in the room was rude, but a different nurse came in after the dr to schedule an MRI and she was very pleasant and extremely kind.

She is very sweet, attentive, patient and understanding gNever any issues making appointments. She takes the time figure out your diagnosis. Covers all basis. Recommend her to anyone that has back issues

Dr Rifaey is very attentive “pain specialist” & listens to my specific pain issues! She follows through with what needs to be done to help alleviate my pain problem! There is always follow ups for checking results of procedure! All her staff @ WLFD OFFICE are very pleasant & friendly!

I went to Dr. Rifaey for lingering back pain. I couldn’t do my regular routines at the gym and couldn’t walk more than 15 minutes without pain. I went today for shots in my back. Her staff is friendly and calmed me down as I was a little nervous! Dr. Rifaey exudes confidence and you feel she’s done this many times before.The procedure was quick and you didn’t have to change into a gown- this eliminates having to redress. I am hoping for success to get back to my regular activities.!

Dr Rifaey is by far the best. She diagnosed my issues when no other doctor could. I am living a pain-free life for the past few years because of her. Her staff is so professional and accommodating, always a professional and kind experience. I can’t say enough about her and her staff.

She seemed friendly at the initial consultation following a lumbar fusion that did not alleviate my problem. Dr. Rifaey recommended another spinal epidural. After getting some relief from previous epidural injections I agreed. This time however was an extremely painful experience. When I asked what happened this time I felt like my concerns we not taken seriously. I don’t feel comfortable in her care after this experience. I can’t recommend this doctor to help if you are in pain.

I was sent to Dr. R. Rifaey by another Doctor. For her not knowing me , she listens , gives, suggestions and follows through. You can’t get any better than that from a doctor. Her assistants are great and also listen and follow through whether you’re a regular patient, on the state, elderly, or on comp. I like the entire practice and will refer anyone that I know that needs help. Stay safe comprehensive ortho!

To the other patients who are not happy with her, please make a written complaint to the CT department of health. These injections are dangerous and probably not even indicated. Fda is about to pull them due to serious adverse reactions. Keep the pressure on this injection mill. Dr. Rifeay was rude to me also. She is just out to make money.

This doctor became mad when I said I didn't want a spinal epidural steroid injection because it is dangerous and not effective. She offered no alternative treatment. I will not see her again.

I treated with Dr. Rifaey for pain management. She was dismissive, rude. She asked me what was working after two visits, and I told her; and then she did the opposite, causing unnecessary pain. I left the office in tears and immediately called my general practitioner to complain, since she had referred me to Dr. Rifaey. This is the worst experience I ever had in a medical office. I am seeking to report her to the proper authorities for her treatment.
