Dr. B is very attentive and takes all the time you need with him. Very thorough with your visit with him and easy to talk to. His front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Katy is the best nurse he has ever had and I've been a patient of his for over 10 years. I go to his location in Watauga.

Doctor Amanda and Doctor Bestawrous are the best. So nice and friendly. Great sense of humor and close to home.

Front desk staff in Keller are quick to help and the Doctor addresses my concerns with compassion, humor, and knowledge. You can see why his patients adore him. Watauga front office is tacky and obscene. The sunshine comes in once you are past that horrible side show. Katy is the best nurse he has EVER had in there. I can honestly say that in the 20 years since moving here Katy brings some sort of sanity to the bad attitude at the desk. The down side to his practice is some of the people that he trusts to be the first person who greets me when I walk in. Instead you get to hear her entire medical history and sometimes bad language talking about the DOCTOR. If you can get pass her Rufe Snow is great. Keller office has no issue but sometimes he has some rough looking women sitting there. If you a doctor that you will treat you and cares about you go see Dr Bestawrous.

They don’t respect at all shameful customer service

Attentive staff and doctors. Always make time to answer questions and offer insight. The wait time is shorter than anywhere else I have been and the staff is quick to address my needs with offers of water, coffee and whatever else I might need. It’s true that you don’t always see the man himself...BUT his PA and NP were obviously trained by the best. I can see why everyone recommends this office. The staff is upbeat and quick to remember small details that make me feel like I am cared for not just medically but emotionally as well. I have heard patients laughing while getting blood work. I can’t say that I’ve heard that before. They take a bit of the mundane and make it almost a pleasure instead of a chore. For those that have had an issue....we have all seen and heard you demanding this or that of the poor receptionist. Throwing a tantrum over a co-payment or questioning why the insurance company would not approve your referral faster. Show some respect. These ladies are working with you not against you or for you. They sacrifice lunches and breaks to make sure the patient is taken care of. As far as prescriptions being refilled in a timely manner: they go above and beyond to make sure I have the correct medications even if that means the doctor himself calls the pharmacy. Having an illness that requires medication requires some responsibility on me as a patient. Not only to make sure I have medication but that I do my part to keep them informed so they can watch my blood level and do the doctor things they do to keep me healthy and living the best life I can. Dr Bestawrous deserves the highest rank and so does his staff. Keep up the good work!

Horrible office

Whether you see Dr B or his NP or his PA you will be welcomed like a member of the family. Very kind and no nonsense office. Even if there is a problem everyone works hard to resolve it. You can tell the staff was hand picked to work together as a well oiled machine. Bottom line you won’t be disappointed

Don't go to this office; don't see the doctor at the office; all you get is a PA. Missed diagnoses from the PA caused me to be in the ER; be warned.

Dr Reda is very compassionate and thorough. He is very experienced and takes his time with his patients, I would highly recommend him.

I had to switch dr.B because my Insurence had changed. First when it came to my kids they never had the right vacinations in stock. You shouldn't see kids if you can properly take care of them during well checks. Secondly, he was not helpful with my anxiety at all. I had been taking xanax on ocasion for my anxiety for years. My old dr simply gave me one refill at a time to closely Monitor my usuage. Dr. B himself refused to prescribe it to me. Told me drinking 5 beers would give me that same feeling and that it would not help me. He tried to give me anti depressants. I was not depressed, and I had been down a long road of trying them and it was not for me. My old dr takes my Insurence again so we all switched back. I now have the meds I need and I'm a much calmer and happier person. I wish dr.B had listened to me

Getting refills is very difficult even with regular check ups. Response time is poor. Some staff is very nice and others are rude.

I think dr. B is a great dr!! Love his office! I go to the Keller office!! When he is at Watauga office, I see Adelle a PA! She is great! Always gets and keeps me well!!

I was called back almost right after I signed in.

Let's start at the front desk. The nurses are on edge and sometimes rude to others. I've witnessed them have difficulty explaining something to a walk-in which just made him very upset. I've also seen and heard them bicker about issues infront of patients. The nurses in the BACK who draw your blood are ALWAYS very nice and sweet. When I asked for a butterfly needle they obliged without even blinking. I really like them. The wait to get into the back is very short if you have an appointment and sign in on time. My first visit was very disappointing. I was charged for a service when the only thing I got was another doctor, NOT the one I asked to see, took down notes on my medical history...and then I left. I cannot afford half-assed visits like this. It should have been combined with my secondary visit. When I went back for what I needed, Dr Bestawrous made me... uncomfortable. I didn't like his bedside manner at all. He was wearing a hawaii shirt, unbuttoned, with his chest hair sticking out and a emblem hanging from a necklace. He was very curt with what he wanted me to do instead of the details I brought up to him. I DID get a medication I needed but I did not feel heard and, frankly, I do not want to come back to this doctor. I require a LOT of medical attention and I don't have the time or money to waste- and that's after I get over the anxiety of making an appointment and showing up. The only upside is that you get in and back out very quickly.
