Dr Pangilinan performed two procedures on my eyes, cornea laser surgery and cataract surgery. I have the upmost confidence in Dr. Pangilinan. He takes the time to answer questions and explain the surgical procedure before the actual surgery. He instilled confidence in his ability to perform the procedures so that I felt I was in goods hands and not at all anxious about my eye surgery. Both procedures came out perfect and my sight is so much brighter and clearer now. Thank you Dr Pangilinan.

My family and I humbly Thank You Dr. Pangilinan for your time and expertise. I was referred to Dr. Pangilinan for consultation regarding a serious eye disease, Fuchs Dystrophy which requires in most cases Corneal Transplantation. My initial examine and cataract surgery was done by another doctor (who's name does not deserve to be mentioned). I received a prompt referral from Dr. Ariyasu to see Dr. Pangilinan. An appointment was made and I can not believe the patience, and bed side manners this doctors showed my daughter and I during the visit. Being allowed only a certain amount of time due to patient demand, he answered all my questions, shared upcoming information on new procedures and was very thorough in explaining the cornea and it's functions relative to my eye condition. It was certainly not the "old-ordinary-don't-have time-for questions-doctor visit I've experienced in the past with Kaiser, Downey. I will not forget the comforting smile that erases the anxiety of a serious surgery as C.T. Prior to seeing Dr. Ariyasu and Dr. Pangilinan, I contemplated changing my medical insurance due to that Kaiser doctor located in Downey, CA. (never to visit again). Dr. Pangilinan is extremely knowledgable and patient. I see exactly why he is so highly recommended. If distance was not an issue, I would switch doctors in a heart beat.
