Dr. Reynaldo Paraiso, DO

I am a nurse at the hospital where Dr Paraiso operates. My son needed sinus surgery because he was told he had polyps. I asked around the surgery department and recovery room for recommendations. His name came up all the time. Apparently, he has been the ENT for a lot of the nurses and their families. I was told he was a great surgeon with a great bedside manner. They were right. He made us comfortable during the entire process. He explained thoroughly the procedure, and what would happen during the recovery time. He answered all our questions and allayed all our fears. He took the time to explain my condition to me. I've been to many doctors and I've never really understood what was wrong with me. Dr Paraiso explained my condition in simple terms that I can understand. Great bed side manner.

My wife, a pharmacist, has Meniere's and went to Dr Paraiso based on his web site mentioning this disease, as well as the outstanding reviews. Medical records were FAX a week in advance and a wirtten out medical history provided. He did not read the records, did not ask about her medical history nor listen to her. When she asked him about medication used to treat Meniere's, he was not all knowledgeable. She was so upset, that by the time we got home she had worked herself into another vertigo attack. I presume others may have had a better experience, but ours was disappointing.

We love Dr. Paraiso. Our 10 month old had 4 ear infections in 4 months and we decided to have tubes put in. Dr. Paraiso did a great job of explaining the process and was so sweet with our baby. The surgical center was fantastic and we loved that they have a pediatric anesthesiologist on staff.

I brought my 90 year old father to Dr. Paraiso to address his sinus issues. Dr. Paraiso was kind, caring and took the time to fully explain all options to my Dad. He decided that surgery was the best way to address his issue. My Dad and I were very pleased with the care and reassurance pre-op as well as during all follow up visits. I feel that Dr. Paraiso treated my Dad as a member of his own family. Thank you, Dr. Paraiso!

Called his office with a question about medication. Waited just a minute and he came to the phone and answered my question. He is also very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Dr. Paraiso for vertigo. He saw me the same day, greeting me warmly, listened attentively and empathetically. He immediately diagnosed my condition as benign positional vertigo, reassured me that it was easily treatable. He gave me a maneuver to perform at home, answered my questions, and sent me on my way feeling reassured. When I had a follow up question later in the day, he called me back, and answered my question. A good guy and a good doctor.

I am a patient of Dr. Paraiso. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Paraiso. From the first time I visited him, I found him to be a caring physician. All my appointments were on time I never had to wait in his office for him to see me. He explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. He performed sinus, throat and pallet surgery. This cured my sleep apnea. I now wake up feeling great. Before I felt like a zombie. I been working in the medical field 30 plus years and all I do is deal with Doctors. I know good Doctor when I meet one and Dr. Paraiso is exceptional. One in a million. I will be his patient forever. I want to thank Dr. Paraiso. Dr. Paraiso has truly been one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I had a sinus surgery last Month with him and he couldn't have been happier with the way that everything from diagnosis to treatment and surgery went under his care. Care is the key word, unlike many doctors today Dr. Paraiso cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything and follow up to make sure everything is okay. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT and especially if you are going to have surgery. More doctors should take after the way Dr. Paraiso is with making sure his patients and on top of that he is a top surgeon and took care of the issues I was having!

For along time I suffered intense sinus related pains which became unbearable and required aggressive treatment.. I was diagnosed and expertly treated by Dr Paraiso. Today my overall health has improved considerably. Dr Paraiso has displayed some of the very best qualities in the medical profession and I rate very highly, his skills, knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with patients. I recommend him to anyone who may require Sinus related surgery.

Dr Paraiso is a fantastic doctor. Office staff was very nice. Very accommodating and easy to get an appointment.

Dr. Paraiso is knowledgable, courteous and friendly. He provided me with excellent treatment and is someone to whom I would return if I needed an ENT specialist. His assistant was also courteous and accomodating. My only criticism of the office is its Summit, NJ location. Although Summit is close to my home, it recently eliminated all free parking to those wishing to visit a merchant or a professional in town. This is, frankly, a nuisance, since the visitor must walk from his car to the ticket machine next to the office building, identify the number of his parking space (or return to it to obtain the number), buy a certain amount of time, return to the car to place the ticket on the dashboard, and then walk back to the office building, all the while hoping that he has purchased sufficient time when he finally arrives at the office for his appointment. Professional buildings in neighboring towns do not suffer from this affliction, which might be a good reason for Dr. Paraiso to re-locate when his lease expires. Other than that, i would highly recommend him to prospective patients.

Dr. Paraiso was amazing!! Would highly reccomend him. He has an excellent bedside manner and is great with little kids my son is 3.5 and he treated him so well. So respectful of kids feelings and so very knowledgeable.

Dr Paraiso, who I was visiting for ENT appointment was very professional. Spent time interviewing me for my history, explained what he was going to do, before doing it.....and afterwards sat down and explained the results of his examination. As he interviewed me, he entered notes into laptop, and afterwards entered what he had done..and he order presacripition at my drug store. Very efficient!Very nice guy!
