Dr. Reza George Azizkhan, DO

When I first went to him I thought I found the greatest Doctor. At my last appointment I was having some issues he said my thyroid medicine was fine and he felt I needed to see a psychiatrist. Well I saw another doctor and my thyroid medicine was to high and I do have anxiety which Dr Azizkhan said was in my head. The staff was going To send me a list of psychiatrists well that list showed up in the mail a month later.

My rating for this physician group is rated 1 on a scale of 1-5. My reason is that my brother was admitted to Westshore Pinnacle on May 8th through May 11th. He and his wife were informed that on staff hospital Drs would be able to treatment plan his emergency situation better than the Azizikhan practice because they are physicians who are not readily available to address my brothers urgent needs. To the surprise of my brother and his wife, they have unjustly boycotted the care of my brother leaving him without a PCP to rely on. After numerous calls, this Dr group failed in my opinion to refrain from treating my brother. This is truly a medical ethics situation at the least. For those seeking medical care from this group. Please be aware. This message is not meant to defame this practice, but to be aware of their practice policies.

I didn't think I'd ever find a Dr. like this. Very thorough, and I felt like we had know each other for years.

Dr. Azizkhan is a very caring man all of the staff are very curious

Dr. Azizkan saved my husband's life.. After he stablized him he continues to follow up with him every six months, or when needed.If I feel that he needs to be seen immediately there is never any problem. Dr. Azizkan will make sure he is seen that day...I thank God for his dedication.

I was admitted to the hospital a few days ago with extreme pain and I found my only advocate was Dr. Prophett and Azizkhan. They went above and beyond to get a specialist involved to solve the problem. A BIG THANK YOU

Dr. Azizkhan is extremely professional, but also very caring in his patient approach, and puts the patient at ease. His diagnostic skills and medical knowledge are excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff and other practice partners also are excellent.

Dr. Azizkhan is a wonderful doctor. He is very up to date on current medicine. He seems to always be one step ahead of the game. The wait time is sometimes a little long but that is because he takes the time to talk to you and also he is very popular. Just remember he is worth the wait. My whole famil goes to him
