I would not take a chance with this doctor it’s hit or miss people Say good things about him. then people say horrible things about him I don’t know do you wanna be the one saying horrible things about him !!!! Do you want to take the chance !!! I would not recommend him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Beil. I've had multiple procedures with him over the years (neck lift, eyelid lift, facial fat transfer) and receive Botox injections regularly, ever 3-4 months. His attention to detail is impeccable. He a master injector and does a wonderful job on the Botox injections. To top off his skills as a plastic surgeon and master injector, he's a really nice person as well!

I had a brow lift and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with Dr. Beil. He was very thorough and patient when explaining the surgical procedures that he recommended for me. He answered all of my questions on what to expect with recovery. Dr. Beil is an artist and the results look very natural. I have been told several times that I look less tired. I would recommend anyone interested in surgery to see him

Dr. Beil performed my bilateral breast reduction in May. I am now 6 months out, with the best results I could ever imagine. After the swelling has finally subsided, In my 40s, I now have the 20yr old perky breasts that I wanted at 20 with minimal scarring.

This surgeon lied to me, manipulated me !!! misdiagnosed me on purpose ! deceived me! Recommended a surgery I didn’t need after he gave me an SSI infection!!!! For some reason he didn’t want me to know I had an infection recommended surgery and completely ruined my face!! Dr. Beil truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make a difference in their lives through his work. Great attention to detail and after procedure follow-up and care.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction of my flanks done by Dr. Beil and I can’t even put into words how much so far this surgery has changed my everyday life. Not only physically but mentally as well! After having kids my belly area just wasn’t the same and it seemed like nothing I did was helping that area and I went back and fourth between wanting to do something about it or just living with my belly. About a few months ago I made the decision to finally do something about my belly area that I was so insecure about and I can honestly tell whoever is reading through reviews and if you’re deliberating about going through with a procedure such as what I had done or whatever else you may be looking to improve, I can honestly say this was the best decision I have made for myself. I don’t have to go up 2 sizes in order to hide my belly anymore and I don’t have to stick to shirts and blouses that are loose fitting or baggy and you would never really find me in a pair of jeans before. Even though I am still in my recovery process, I have less back pain already because of the loose skin that is now gone( I looked as if I was pregnant even though I wasn’t, just to give you an idea ) and it’s been quite a while since I’ve been able to look at clothes and not decide on sizes to accommodate my belly area. Everything looks and fits so much better!This surgery has given me my confidence back and I have a lot more energy to do more things now. My whole recovery has been really nice and being able to call the office and get my questions answered after my surgery was really comforting, who knew I can have mini abs again poking through after having babies! But most importantly the best thing I did was pick a surgeon that I felt confident about. My amazing results wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Beil and I just want to give credit to where it’s due and that’s to Dr. Beil for giving me my confidence back. I can tell you that if you were like me and are looking for a doctor/surgeon who is compassionate and understanding and will listen to you and your needs, it’s him. From my first appointment consultation with Dr. Beil, I knew I was in good hands and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I truly love my results so far! Thank you again Dr. Beil and staff! I can go on and on but the point I’m trying to make is it was really nice to have found a surgeon that just understands, this surgery was more than just a surgery for me. I had been contemplating a facelift for the last few years and finally decided to do it. I couldn't be happier with the results and as each week passes I love it even more. As this was my first attempt to visit a plastic surgeon for physical “up-grades,” I relied on the recommendations from some of my established medical professionals. Their medical experiences allowed me to feel comfortable with the one that they all focused on. So Dr. Richard Beil was definitely my choice. The Center for Plastic Reconstructive Surgery is conveniently located on the 5th floor of the Reichert Building in the St. Joseph Hospital campus area (between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti). It was close for me and that's where I headed with my husband accompanying me. My initial appointment was very positive. The staff (receptionist, financial office, nursing personnel and other support employees) are really welcoming, conversant, knowledgeable as they answered my many questions. The waiting room is quiet and orderly. The appointments are kept on-schedule. I had introductions to nursing staff who ushered me to this new world of repair after breast cancer and now to renewals for aging issues. I was really impressed by the teamwork that Dr. Beil's staff displayed; all of them had specific, supportive comments that they each shared about their professional relationship with this doctor. That made me feel at ease, too. When I actually met with Dr. Beil I found him to be very conversant, extremely knowledgeable and analytical about given situations as he offered suggested alternatives for me to consider. He reviewed the various things that he could do, estimated costs, surgery time, healing time, scheduling pre and post op appointments that would be needed. Dr. Beil is also blessed with a sense of humor. I felt comfortable as they encouraged me to call if I needed answers for follow-up questions. On-going communication is very open. My first procedure went very smoothly. My husband and I were elated with the outcome. The post-op appointments were thorough and supportive. The staff recognized me which made me feel really welcomed. Dr. Beil continued to answer the few questions that I had. I lost my nose in a traumatic dog attack. After that I had a plastic surgeon botch my face. Since then I have had multiple consultations with various plastic surgeons and Dr. Beil's office was the ONLY place where I felt confident. He really took is time and listened to me. He and his staff have an amazing bedside manner that made my anxiety disappear. I'm so glad I found him and only wish that I would've found him sooner. I used to HATE looking in the mirror. Everyday I had to relive that trauma because my face was mangled. Now I'm able to glance in the mirror and instantly feel happy. Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Beil!!!

I don't know where to begin. I had a double mastectomy with expanders. I then had what is called the exchange surgery, where the expanders are swapped with implants. I also had fat grafting, at the time of my exchange. This was a very hard road to have had to travel. But, thanks to Dr. Beil, it has been amazing. He put all of my worries at ease, and gave me the best, natural looking and feeling breasts, I could have ever hoped for. I could not recommend him enough.
