I had a great experience at aesthetic surgical images. Dr. Bruneteau was very knowledgeable, and did an amazing job with my surgery. I got a rhinoplasty, and it looks better than I could even have hoped for. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

My surgical experience with Dr. Bruneteau and his team was amazing. The time they spend with you to discuss sizing, the procedure and the recovery process is amazing. They are friendly at every pre and post op visit and very informative every step of the process.

I have had a few procedures done by Dr. Bruneteau and have been happy with them all! The most recent was a thigh lift. He was honest and upfront about the procedure and recovery and everything happened exactly as he described. I am very happy with the final results!

Dr B was really awesome I was informed of every part of the surgery and after care which really made me feel better. Each visit after surgery was quick and painless, he doesn't leave you in a waiting room for hours, you are in and out. The staff was also very kind and helpful and I didn't feel uncomfortable around any of them. Overall it was anl great experience and I would highly recommend!!

Dr Bruneteau and staff are AMAZING! From the initial meeting with Dr B, to the surgery, to the follow up visits! Dr B listened to me and what I wanted! I had a breast lift and implants! He explained everything to me! The surgical team was so comforting and made all the nerves I had go away the moment I got there. The nurses are very knowledgeable and so friendly! I had a somewhat complex surgical procedure with some risk involved and I was questioning whether or not to have surgery. I had a consultation with a few doctors, including Dr Bruneteau. He explained the surgical technique he would use, and it was different than the other doctors I had consultations with - it made so much sense. I am 65 years old and decided to have a full facelift. Dr. Bruneteau was my surgeon and did a fantastic job. I am a younger, single, childless (by choice) woman that has unfortunately gained weight due to PCOS making it terribly difficult to lose any. When I went to my consultations with other plastic surgeons I was met with many statements like "What if you want kids in the future", or "You'll meet the right guy and change you mind about kids, then your surgery will be for nothing", I was even what felt like body shamed for "not trying hard enough on my diet techniques". But, when I went into consultation with Dr. Burneteau, none of that came up. He spoke to me like I was a real person, no lectures, no shaming. He and his staff were so amazing beginning to end, answering all of my questions, even after hours. I had my 24 hour recheck directly after my surgery (standard), on the same day as a terrible snow storm. Dr. Burneteau personally came out of the building to help me out of the vehicle and inside, if that doesnt speak to the kind of doctor and person he is, I dont know what does. Another personnel (not even part of my team) that still had her surgical cap on helped me back out to the vehicle. This is true care.

I have always been in relatively good shape with muscle definition even in the abdomen area. Although I work out regularly and watch what I eat, I can never seem to lose the fat I want around my flanks or more commonly referred to as "love handles".
