Dr. Madrid listens. I mean REALLY listens. I feel he is practical as well as knowledgeable. He lets me know if I am missing something, or need to adjust my thinking about a health issue. I have complete confidence in his judgement. I am really happy he is my primary.

My yearly visit with Dr Madrid was very good, no problems. Have been seeing Dr Madrid since 2013, when we moved to Temecula.

Doctor Madrid is very good with a lot knowledge and tremendous passion to helping others and example to follow. Also His is a humble Individual and great charisma.

I’ve had Dr. Madrid as my primary care physician for many years. This man sincerely cares about his patients. He stays up to date, knowing the latest information on medical breakthroughs. He also includes a patient’s lifestyle when treating. His care is Very personalized. I’d suggest him to absolutely anyone needing medical care! He’s simply the best!!

Office manager is rude, I was threatened with a video tape of me in the examination room. The doctor told me that a patient two years ago threatened to bring back a a gun, HE ACCUALLY SAID THAT TWO YEARS AGO THAT WAS OK, BUT NOT NOW. I SAID WHAT IN THE HEK HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ME? I feel extremely sorry for the people woking is this office, its ran like some kind of PC police state. Sad, I'm not going back. Why did this happen? When I came in I noticed two receptionists, I said a bit of levity, EXACTLY AS FOLLOWS. " I had a cart full of groceries, a lady came up and said, would I trade groceries for sex, I said what kind of groceries do you have to trade. One lady laughed, the other was silent. For this I was berated and threatened with a video tape by the office manager. Avoid this office, they must all me so miserable uptight that even an innocent attempt to brighten there day with a bit of humor is taken as a threat, INSANITY. Then for the doctor to link this with gun violence is so crazy I find it hard to believe it happened. Again, my sympathy to this office

It is not always easy to get in to see him, but there is a reason. There is no better doctor on the planet. This man on my 3rd visit diagnosed me with a rare genetic condition so he asked to do blood work. When the results came in I had a multi mutation of the genetic condition the 2 worst strains possible and he figured all this out just by talking to me, watching me, and hearing my symptoms. When I have to see a specialist or another doctor for some reason I do not do anything other than the norm without checking with him first. He is very personable and gives you the time you need and listens, unlike most doctors I've seen. I owe my life to this man and if you get in to see him, there is a good chance that he will save yours too!

I have called several times for test results just to get the run around. It's been over 3 weeks when I was told they would be to the doctor within 2 business days. Also this robin robbins you try to call her number to get results from her tests and it states this number has not yet been activated. I have been transferred several times to her not working number and Havel left messages to no return calls back. The doctor himself never had the courtesy to inform me. Also another not so careing is a poster in every exam room that states attention in bright bold red print if you have had labs or X-rays and you do not hear from us within 2 weeks do not assume no news is good news. To me and I'm sure many more we are just a number. If a doctor cared for his patients something like this would not be posted. He would take the time and let his patients know. Sure doesn't show me much at all...

Dr. Madrid is an excellent doctor who does his homework and gets to know his patients. I would, and do, HIGHLY recommend him to all my friends!

I Love this doctor. No matter how busy he is he Always takes time with each patient. When I needed a physical he set an appointment up with his female PA. What a gentleman! He uses vitamins sometimes instead of drugs. He knows more than one of the so called specialists that I saw. Dr. M is the best!
