i had ankle hardware removed, he angrily came into office rm 8 days postop for him to check a rash that i had found upon removing the dressing 3 days postop as ordered on post op instruction sheet) and he angrily said "I TOLD YOU NOT TO REMOVE THE DRESSING!" (?) contrary to his written orders that the RN gave me day of out pt surgery,. is he confused or senile or what. no need in being mean to patients tryin to heal. i reminded him of his own 3 day orders, didnt say come back and he would remove the dressing, the order says " remove dressing in 3 days and replace with light dressing". so st michaels is investigating, this issue, whether he cant remember his own order or whether the RN wrote it down wrong, i dont think an rn would do that.

Dr Hilborn is great . Highly recommend . Getting an appointmentThrough the girls at front desk that answer the phone is impossible . Have to get your primary Dr to get you an appointment . Front desk girls are terrible

Dr. Hilborn is cold, personally. Very abrupt. Doesn't communicate well with client.
