Dr. Kofkoff and staff have been absolutely amazing. I have a very small frame and was beyond nervous to get the surgery and that they would be too big for my body. Dr. Kofkoff could not have done a better job. The staff has been there for me through every question and concern I have had and has made the experience wonderful.

About a year ago, I decided that I wanted to undergo breast augmentation. I'd always been self-conscious about my small breasts, so I set out to research aesthetic plastic surgeons in the area. I spoke with several acquaintances about their experiences and finally decided to meet with Dr. KofKoff for a consultation. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone made me feel perfectly comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed, pressured or misled. Everything was explained in great detail so I felt very comfortable with my decision-the day of my initial consultation, Dr. KofKoff sat with me and my husband for well over an hour to discuss my options and the procedure in great detail-how often do you get to speak with the surgeon at length BEFORE committing to the surgery? I decided to have the procedure and cannot say enough about how happy I am with the results! I had the implants placed under the muscle, so they look perfectly natural and now-a little over 6 months post-surgery-I feel like I've always looked this way! My recovery was swift and Dr. KofKoff and staff were always there to answer questions and provide moral support. I cannot say enough positive things-I recommend Dr. KofKoff to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and extremely talented plastic surgeon. Thank you so much to him and his amazing team!

2 days post-op. Met with several board certified surgeons and chose Kofkoff because I was so impressed with him and his staff! He really takes time to get to know you, answer all of your questions, provide you with all necessary information, and set realistic expectations. I highly recommend having a consultation with him and a few other plastic surgeons. You will immediately notice the difference and no doubt make the same decision I did. Surgery went well, my pain is minimal, I have been contacted by him personally and his staff since returning home (2 separate phone calls). I contacted him around 8pm two nights before the surgery and was able to speak with him which was very meaningful. If you're considering a breast augmentation in Missouri I definitely recommend meeting with Kofkoff!

I knew immediately during my first consultation that Dr. K. would be the perfect surgeon for me. I had breast implant removal with no replacement or lift. It was a tough decision to make because the outcome is hard to predict, but Dr. K. made me feel calm and very comfortable in my decision. I knew for a very long time I wanted this done and it was a blessing I found a skilled surgeon like him that would understand and make it easy for me. His bedside manner and personable nature were absolutely the best! The anesthesiologist and surgical staff at Surgical Center were top notch and gave me tremendous care. Teresa kept me informed and calm during the whole process, from the consultation, pre-op to post-op. And.....to top it all off......my results are Amazing!!! Thank you Dr. Kofkoff!!!

I decided for my 30th birthday present and the final decision that we were done having kids, that I would have a breast augmentation. After nursing all 3 kids, I was down to an A cup. I didn't want anything drastic, just something that looked natural on my body. I had never been bigger than a B cup prior to kids, so I was shooting for a full C cup. Dr. Kofkoff and Teresa were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have ask for a better experience with them. They both went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met and both are genuinely nice people. The surgery was quick and simple. Dr Kofkoff even called me shortly after I got home to check on me. Recovery was a breeze. There was maybe two days that my breasts felt "full", but didn't require more than Ibuprofin for pain. I did choose to get the long lasting numbing medicine during surgery that cost a little extra, but definitely worth it. I was so scared of having surgery, this was my first time. Dr. Kofkoff made it an easy experience. I have a smaller frame, so I chose to get silicone implants under the muscle. They look more natural than I could have ever hoped for. I measure a full C cup, which is exactly what I wanted. I do have two small scars under each breast, but a bra or swimsuit covers them up. You actually can't even see them when naked, unless I lift my breasts up. I had a little bit of numbness in my nipples for a couple of months after surgery, but have regained probably 90% of my sensation in them. I am so thankful that I did this! I would recommend Dr Kofkoff in a heartbeat!!

Dr. Kofkoff performed surgery for male breast reduction on my 17-year-old son. As one can imagine, this was emotionally very sensitive. He and his staff were unfailingly courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. They put both my son and me completely at ease. Dr. Kofkoff thoroughly and realistically explained the benefits and risks. My son and I interviewed several different doctors (all highly rated), and when we walked back out into the parking lot after our first conversation with Dr. Kofkoff, my son said, "There's no question--he's the one." The procedure went flawlessly. My son recovered beautifully and has no visible scars. Dr. Kofkoff changed his life!

I am 100% satisfied with my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Kofkoff. After my first visit with Dr. Kofkoff, it took me months to decide if BA was right for me. I had a breast lift and augment approx 3 months ago. I am beyond pleased with my results. Dr Kofkoff and his staff were recommended by a friend and I am so glad they were. I went to Dr. Kofkoff for breast augmentation. I was very happy with the results. I was nervous about making the decision to have the procedure done. I am about 7 weeks post op, breast augmentation. I went from a small B to a very full C/small D-depending on bra. I have nothing but good things to report about Dr. K and his staff. The girls in the office made me feel like we have known each other for years. Dr. K was so professional and informational. He made sure to give me all options and list pro's and con's of each one. He set realistic expecations with me from start to finish. Teresa was SO helpful, honest and up front. Dr. K was on the fence as to whether or not a lift would be needed, prior to my surgery. Once he started the surgery, he realized he didn't NEED to do the lift, so he didn't. I was up and moving immediately following the surgery. I was a little sore, but NOTHING like many people who used other surgeons told me I would be. Dr. K took the time to call me at home that evening. He was leaving for vacation that weekend and he actually called me the day he was leaving for vacation to check in with me one more time before he left! I was totally shocked. His Rapid Recovery technique allowed me to resume my running and excersise routine three weeks post op with no discomfort. The office staff was more than accomodating in every aspect possible. This was such a wonderful experience for me. I didn't even consult with other surgeons-I was that confident in him and his staff. If I have one regret, its not seeing Dr. K 10 years ago! I waited to have surgery for over 8 years after having three c-sections and losing more than 40 lbs. Choosing a doctor after waiting that long (not to mention the amount of money I was going to be spending) required research and several visits to several doctors. Once I made my decision to go with Dr Kofkoff I never regretted it. Teresa and Jaclyn were paitent with me when I called and asked questions, and Dr K was caring and kind when reviewing what I wanted done and was honest with what he could fix. Once we were ready for surgery he made me so at ease - I wasn't nervous about going into the surgery suite or about going under, I knew he'd take great care of me. Once I was in recovery and waking up, he came back after my long surgery to check on me when he should have been at home sleeping. I will go back to this practice to have more surgeries, when and if necessary. I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

It has been about six weeks since my breast augmentation, and I could not be happier. I have been so impressed with Dr. Kofkoff throughout the entire process, from consultation to present. Recently I had a breast augumentation done with Dr. Richard KofKoff and I am pleased to say I am so glad i did it. I had a Tummy Tuck and a Breast Augmentation. I had spoke to others who had a Tummy Tuck and they said there experience for the firs two weeks was miserable. I did not find that to be the case Dr Kofkoff and his staff told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do to make the experience easier and less painful and it worked. I explained that I did not want my breast to be huge I just wanted some improvement. Dr. Kofkoff assured me that with the size of my frame he would not make them giant even if I asked him to. I am very pleased with the entire experience and the final results. I would recommend Dr. Kofkoff highly to all my friends. I chose Dr. Kofkoff because several years ago he did a breast augmentation on my daughter and she was and still is very pleased.

I originally went to a large Plastic Surgery Center in the ST Louis area and was disappointed by the lack of personal attention my questions were given. Dr. Kofkoff's office was warm, genuine and no one there looked like "barbie". The minute you meet Dr. K, you sense his sincerity. My surgery went amazing and I felt fabulous the day of surgery. I never had pain, slept like a baby from the first night and was back to work (as a personal trainer) 2 days later. I can't say enough good things about Dr. K and his office.
