Dr. Winters helped us through a most difficult surgical problem with no shortage of compassion. We are thankful to have made it through all of this with his help.

Took care of my mother in law 10 years ago. So impressed with himself & his “perfectly good surgeries”. Had to pull dressing down to get him to look at the second failed attempt, so he could schedule her for the 3rd, end up it had to be done emergent before he could schedule her.

What a prosfessional his work is outstanding! He’s so down to earth such an amazing experience !

I cannot put into words the sincere gratitude I have for Dr. Rick Winters, his staff and facility! From the very first phone call, to the consultation, availability and communication, extensive help working with my insurance company, pre-surgical prep, the actual procedure and the extended interest in the post surgical care…absolutely AMAZING! He and his staff immediately made me feel very comfortable. They answered all of my questions and some I didn’t even think of. Each person I dealt with was helpful, gracious, kind, and went the extra mile to help make my experience smooth and productive. I am SOO very thankful that I was fortunate enough to have been under Dr. Winter’s care. His expertise, sincerity, care, honesty, and professionalism are UNMATCHABLE! It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Winters. He was honest , kind took his time to explain the procedure. For years I was not happy with size of my breasts. With a simple short procedure he made me a very happy woman. The whole encounter was about me and to make me happy. I recommend him highly for anyone who seeks plastic surgery procedures.

What an awesome Plastic surg. Dr. Winters worked on a family member- This is the doctor you want working on you- we had many referrals to see him and we were not let down. He will spend ample time with your consult, before surg., and afterwards.

Dr Winters is the best! He fixed my deviated septum and now my nose is beautiful. I am so happy with the results. He is very kind and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Winters is a great doctor. His an expert in his field and has a great bedside manners. He is very honest and tells you what to expect before the surgery and takes his time explaining everything you need to know. I choose Dr. Winters to have revision rhinoplasty and a breast lift/augmentation because I felt a level of trust I didn't feel with other surgeons. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Winters is very kind and very talented. His staff in the clinical office are also very friendly. I was really shocked then when I got a scrappy handwritten note from someone in his billing department telling the amount the insurance company paid for my procedure was "unacceptable." I called as I was more than willing to submit an appeal, but his staff member continued to be rude to me. It doesn't matter who ends up paying the doctor, the insurance company or me, but no0body has to put up with arrogant indignation.

I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Winters on the news. One of his patient's (a young woman with face cancer) was so thrilled with his work she did an interview on Channel 5. When I saw what Dr. Winters was able to do for this girl, I knew I had to go see him. After 11 surgeries as a child (from a supposed Board Certified Plastic Surgeon) left me severely facially disfigured, and multiple other plastic surgeons told me the hope for correction was minimal, I went to see Dr. Winters. From the first appointment, it was as though we knew each other forever and he understood exactly what I was asking for. Never wanted to look like a supermodel, just didn't want the second glances or worse yet the stares. Rick zipped around his exam room on his wheeled stool and seemed more excited at the prospect of improvement than I think I did. I knew he was the one to do the surgery. Six surgeries later, I have my life back and Dr. Winters delivered on his promise to stop the second glances (except the good ones). No need to go anywhere else, if you need or want a plastic and/or reconstructive surgeon with compassion, humor and a brilliant talent LOOK NO FURTHER. Dr. Winters is the BEST!!

He made the experience of my daughter's rhinoplasty as comfortable, pain free, and easy as possible. His bedside manner and genuine concern was very much appreciated. I would only consider plastic surgery for myself or any other member of my family as long as Dr. Winters is our surgeon.

I was fortunate to find Dr Winters. He his the most caring, compasionate doctor I have come across since I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 41 yrs old. He is true to his word. He explained in deatails the entire process of the surgery and told me exactly what to expect afterwards. He was there when I needed him and he has been very wonderful to my family and has been a great help making it easier on all of us while going through this ilness. God bless him.

I was fortunate to find Dr. Winters by way of a nurses recommendation and then several patient referrals. He doesn't advertise and doesn't even have a website. He doesn't 'friend' on facebook or 'tweet' on twitter. Now I see why: there is no need. Plastic surgery is all about trust. I didn't trust what others were saying about themselves. Instead, I trusted what unsolicited nurses and other patients had to say about him then I trusted my own judgement and gut. My tummy tuck and breast surgery came out beautifully. My surgery was uncomplicated and recovery uneventful. Dr. Winters saw me through the entire process.

Initially i was overwhelmed with my breast cancer diagnosis. My first step toward healing was my breast reconstruction consultation with Dr. Winters. With his expertise in a wide range of techniques along with his caring/confident manner, I never looked back. My body and soul are restored. I am forever grateful.

We got to Dr. Winters through an O.R. nurse whose mother he did breast reconstruction after breast cancer. I, myself had poorly done cosmetic breast surgery and was told it couldn't be corrected. Dr. Winters was able to restore my breasts and I now feel like I have my soul back. His confidence was reassuring and his compassion was comforting. If only I had gone to him in the first place. Don't make the same mistake!

Dr Winters is the best! He did some reconstructive surgery on a family member, that was incredible! He tells you exactly what you will feel/experience...he's upfront. He is truly a caring individual...and we are eternally grateful!
