Explained my husbands much needed procedure in layman’s terms for our understanding. Wonderful “bed side” manner to help us feel comfortable. We pray everything continues to go as planned.

Simply put Dr. Robert John Carney is the best heart doctor in East Texas and perhaps even elsewhere. He is honest, straight-forward and caring. The BEST!!!

I regard Dr. Carney fine, but not so with the staff. Scheduler missed getting me in on a yearly schedule. Then I was told my meds could not be refilled because he had not seen me in over a year but they would call me back. Shortly I received an "anonymous" call which I usually do not answer, however I did and it was them saying a nurse would call me. Never got another call from them. I deem the staff untrustworthy.

What can I say - he's the best !!! He's compassionate, he takes time with his patients, he listens, he explains and makes sure all of your questions are answered before he leaves. He has a wonderful personality and bedside manner. As far as I am concerned he is and always will be my "Top Doc" of cardiology. !!!

Dr Carney is simple, direct, and compassionate as he explains your condition.

Dr. Carney took time to look into mysituation and gave me excellent treatment. His staff is wonderful.

He listens to me or my daughter about our concerns. Ive been seeing him for mainy yrs, he saved my life? Hes concerned about his patients. Has a good since of humer, laughs with me. I'd recommend him to everyone! I just love him.

As much as I wanted to think I didn’t have a heart problem, Dr. Carney listened to me and quite calmly but deliberately told me I did have a problem. I knew him to be a top notch cardiologist, so I accepted his diagnosis and now I live by what he said I should do. I wholeheartedly recommend him to all who want the best care, spoken in words that all can understand.

I have no problem with Dr Carney but staff is lazy n don't want to do their job...he himself said they were all morons so what does that tell u???!!! Thanks for not filling my prescription of entresto.... 2 weeks I've been waiting for u to call blue cross blue shield. This isn't Xanax!!! I need this med to survive! I've been off it a week n can't get loaners!!! Office blew me off.. Act like its my fault but wow it's YOUR JOB TO CALL IT IN!!!

Dr. Carney is a truly great cardiologist.....in every way!

I recently had to see Dr. Carney for chest pain, and not only was he full of compassion, but he actually "listened" to what I had to say. Many doctors I have been to over the years simply view my chart and "book diagnose" me without listening to what I have to say. Dr. Carney also picked up on the fact that I had an underlying inflammatory process going on, which MANY doctors have overlooked/ignored (not really such which), and referred me to a rheumatologist, who has since confirmed Dr. Carney's belief. I highly recommend Dr. Carney to anyone - he provides excellent, quality care.

I think he's an outstanding doctor and the people of Tyler are fortunate to have him.

Dr. Carney has always taken the time with me to answer all of my questions. He never seems to be in a rush altho, I know he is very busy. I would highly recomend him to anyone.( I already have ) Thanks, DOC.

Dr. Carney has been my cardiologist for over 20 years. I find him to be professional, caring, knowledgeable and he does a very good job of explaining the problem and the steps possible to ease it.

Dr. Carney is a caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable, highly skilled interventional cardiologist. He has a friendly, down-to-earth bedside manner which makes communication with him regarding your diagnosis and treatment options easy. My mother has battled out-of-control hypertension for many years, but now that she is seeing Dr. Carney, it is finally under control. Me and my family highly recommend Dr. Carney.

i will never see another doctor if dr. carnet is available---he brought me back after i coded ---minium pain that i expected--very prfessional yet bedside manner could not be better--thanks to him for my life
