Dr. Moore did an outstanding job correcting my stage 4 prolapse. Everything about the experience was handled professionally by both Dr. Moore and his staff. He took time to explain the procedures to me, and answered all of my questions both before surgery and after. I could not be happier with the results! I also could not be happier with the staff. All are very friendly, competent, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and his practice!

I am 34 years old and a mom of a huge baby. I had the surgical vaginal tightening. The staff was amazing and responded quickly. The initial visit was a phone consultation which was very informative and Dr. Moore went into great detail even telling me about the O shot which I didn't even know existed. My in person consult was the following week and my surgery was the week after. Everything moved smoothly. The day of surgery came and I was alone because of the pandemic BUT the staff, hospital and doctor made me feel very comfortable. I had the procedure and stayed overnight in the hospital. The next day a staff membered transported me to the hotel and called to check on me until my husband arrived. The pain level the first week was intense but manageable with ice and pain meds. The best part of the entire process was the staff and doctors being literally a text or phone call away. 8 weeks and 3 tries later sex is GREAT again, my husband loves it and my vagina is pretty! Win win win!

The staff at Dr. Moore's office was amazing. They answered any questions and phone calls had right away, and got everything approved and my surgery approved as soon as possible. Dr. Moore performed my surgery 2 years ago (hysterectomy, cystocele repair, rectocele repair, Burch procedure, and vaginoplasty). My quality of life is so much better. I can cough, sneeze, jump, exercise, and ride horses without urine leakage. Also, I never realized how disruptive a period could be until after my hysterectomy. That's a huge bonus. The vaginoplasty has increased my confidence and satisfaction in the bedroom. I will be honest, though, about the recovery from the vaginoplasty being rough. It's mostly because of the incision in the peritoneum. If you've had an episiotomy, then the pain is similar. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. Dr. Moore and Danielle were both very compassionate, patient, and accessible. If I ever needed to speak with someone, they returned my call quickly. The office is beautiful and very clean. I did a lot of research looking for the most qualified surgeon, and Miklos or Moore is who you want to see. I trust Dr. Moore 100%.

My experience with this practice has been all one could hope for - I can entirely recommend Dr. Moore and his staff without reservation. Dr. Moore and his entire staff are amazing. I was definitely nervous going into my initial consultation, but the staff, nurses, and Dr. Moore put me at ease immediately. Dr. Moore explained the anatomy behind why I was experiencing the symptoms that I had and went into detail about the surgery in a way that I could understand. The office is incredibly organized and efficient, but in a way that doesn't feel sterile and impersonal. From the front desk to the financial coordinator, to the nurses, everyone is incredible knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My surgery and results went as expected. Dr. Moore did an excellent procedure. Before the surgery, I had a prolapsed bladder. I could barely walk, After the procedure, of having my bladder tact up and having a hysterectomy I felt 100% better. Follow the doctor's directions.

I travel far to get the best care. That was not what I received. I have not been able to have intercourse w my husband since. It extremely painful. I got a skin irritation which became worse n worse I couldn't leave the hospital. I had to pay more than the hotel would charge if I would have called without saying I was a patient of them. The staff acted as if I was trying to sleep well the drs. It was a very ugly vibe! Would not recommend. I recommend do better research than I did!

I found Dr Moore while doing a on line search for prolapse bladder surgery. I had seen a previous doctor for this condition and was not happy with that visit and wanted a second opinion. After reading their own web site about how well renowned he and his partner were, I decided to make an consultation appointment. I felt he was very knowledgeable, and he took plenty of time with me during my visit. I left his office with a good sense that I would be in good hands should I decide to have surgery. As part of the consultation, a fee estimate was given to me. Since this group of doctors does not have any contracts with insurance companies, you will be charged the full amount minus what your insurance might pay for their services based on your individual plan. I did decided to have the surgery. I was pleased with the surgery and believe the doctor did a good job. Went to Northside Hospital and everyone there was great. But what they won't disclose to you is the actual amount you will be charged for literally everything they do to you in the office and for the surgery. PLEASE, PLEASE, ASK them for full disclosure of their charges unless you don't care what the financial cost is to you. I was given an estimate sheet for his fees of $8600 and was told by the office insurance person, that I could figure around $10,000 total plus what the hospital would charge. When I asked about the statement that there might be assistant surgeon fees, I was told there would not be. But the papers I signed said both, so maybe there would be, maybe not. The fees charged to the insurance company was nothing close to what I had on paper. When a got a bill from there office, the total charges I was responsible for was over $33,000.00. And that was after the insurance company made their payments and the required up from payments I made to his office prior to surgery.($6440.00) I don't have a problem with what they set their fees at, that's their choice. But I do have a problem that I am not given the opportunity or the right to know what those fees are so that I can make the best possible financial choice. I feel taken advantage of and lied to by his office. Had I known I was actually looking at a $40,000 charge, I would have found another doctor, who would have been in my insurance network to perform the surgery. No doubt there are other good surgeons in the Atlanta area. Do your homework and don't sign anything without written confirmation of their fees. Folks, for the average person, $40,000 is a lot of money. My dropped bladder is fixed, but I'm now broke. I could have saved myself a ton of money, stress and pain and just had a pessy put in. Be Wise, I was not!
