Dr. Robert Michael Gargano, MD

Great doctor. He helped me get rid of my vertigo. He spent time with me, and showed concern/remorse for my symptoms. Would highly recommend. cons- long wait for him in the waiting room, and for audiologist (which didn't think was necessary testing) since I had no issues hearing.

Robert was given all known information by me, the patient. Robert then shoved a scope up my nose and looked down my throat as part of a physical examination. He failed to tell me of any problems he noted. He preformed the surgery, but it was incomplete. He did not repair my nose. Robert was not given consent to perform any medical device surgery, vasectomy, or special surgery. He put me on an opioid watchlist and took picture of scarring in my nasal passages. He had a scope up there remember. He then committed insurance fraud and ran to Northwell health for legal protection. The survey was botched leaving my voice damaged forever.

Dr Gargano takes the time to listen to his patients concerns and explains treatment options. He doesn’t end the appointment until he knows he has answered your questions and you understand your treatment options. If he needs to consult with or recommend another doctor for another viewpoint he does. Highly recommend him

Wonderful Doctor!! I had sudden onset of severe vertigo for about a week. He was able to fit me in and evaluate me. Very personable and spent time with me. Wasn't rushed out at all. He was compassionate and explained things. highly recommend!!

I've been going to him for the past 15 years....always puts you at ease, serious but makes you laugh. Answers all of your questions, never feel rushed. He's a wonderful, compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone....

I would definitely recommend Dr. Gargano. Dr Gargano saved my life. My throat had been bothering me for a couple of months and my primary physician at that time dismissed my complaint. I was told it was my dentures. After a couple of weeks , I went back to the office and saw the physician asst. When she looked at my throat, she told me I should go see a specialist. That's when I saw Dr. Gargano and on that first visit, Dr.Gargano took a biopsy and called me in 2 days. I was told I had stage 4 - throat cancer. I couldn't believe the news! Dr. Gargano's staff then took the steps to schedule and to set up all the appointments for the the tests I needed. I was just told when and where I had to go. Thank goodness for the staff because with the shock of the news, my wife and I didn't even know where to begin. The immediate actions of the Dr. and his staff saved my life! I went through weeks of chemotherapy and radiation and I was just told that all my test came back showing no cancer! I thank God everyday and for the actions of Dr. Gargano and his staff because things could have turned out differently. Needless to say I also found a new primary physician!!!

I have seen seen Dr Gargano for several of my kids over the years, as well as myself. He is a friendly, knowledgable guy that puts you at ease right away.

My son was 2 yrs old when Dr Gargano found a cyst in his ear we were just there for his ear infection. He saw something he didnt like and sent us for futher tests.The cholesteatoma was the size of a golf ball growing into his brain. My son is ow 21 and still goes to him. He drives from college out of state to see only him what a wonderful and knowledgeable dr.

he tackled for me. i never cared for any doctor until he has operated on me. just a couple weeks post op, but doing so much better already!
