Dr. James is awesome! He took the time to listen to me, he seems to be a very nice and caring person. I'd highly recommend him.

Dr. Heaps is fabulous. He spent time with me on all of my visits and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure that if I had any questions down the road concerning my procedure not to hesitate to call the office.

Dr. Heaps is an excellent orthopedic doctor & surgeon. He really listens, is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time. I highly recommend him for any orthopedic need.

Dr. Heaps was great. Explained things clearly was not quick to recommend surgery explaining non-surgical options. Once surgery was clearly indicated, the procedure went flawlessly and recovery was better than expected. Also a shout out to the staff and nurses at New Hampshire Orthopedics in Nashua!

Dr. Robert Heaps was really great. He explained my options and what he though was best. He proceed with the easy procedure first to see if it would help. If it doesn't help he will try it one more time before doing surgery.

I have nothing but good things to say about dr.heaps. The surgery and his care as well as the office’s has been excellent.

Dr Heaps is amazing; he is thorough, professional and clearly engaged with patient. He easily makes eye contact and takes his time to make sure all questions are addressed. The only complaint I have is the long wait once in the patient room. I'm sure in todays business world, a board of directors demands the Drs see a certain number of patients per hour and those demands are not easy to meet when wanting to be thorough.

Dr. Heaps has performed several surgeries on me for trigger finger and I think he’s the best.

Dr Heaps was prompt, compassionate and listened thoughtfully - very helpful! A great experience; I was impressed by the skill he expressed without ever sounding rushed.

My daughter was distraught going in to get her fractured arm looked at, but Dr Heaps made her feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. He explained our options clearly and concisely. His compassion for the patient was obvious and ensured that my daughter left the clinic with a smile. Everyone at the practice was wonderful with her too. We are grateful that an unpleasant experience turned into an easy office visit. I highly recommend coming here.
