Disappointed is an understatement. Not by lack of results from procedure but from the incredible amount of dismissal and attitude shown by staff. This place needs a customer service makeover. Not to mention having me undress in front of a glass door and was told “don’t worry no one is here.” The place is always a ghost town and has zero Corona policy (no masks required). The licensed doctor will not acknowledge you (even though you are standing in his office) which always felt odd. I would also make sure you call and confirm appointments a few days ahead as comments are made that your appointment was a day before and they can’t remember if they called you. Also make sure to ask for a before photo before any procedure as she won’t remember to take it. Be prepared to pay for your procedure and after that point receive below par customer service with negative attitudes and few to any smiles. I was so put off by how I was treated and my checkup appointment that I called and cancelled my next one. They simply said “ok.” Synopsis: Pay a bit more and go somewhere that cares.

I drove from Michigan to Ohio to see Dr Rob. Well worth the drive. Dr Rob really knows his stuff and is a wealth of knowledge and very easy to talk to. Thanks Dr Rob! Glad to be with you.

I just wanted to say I appreciate the time you all took with me on Monday and the time Dr Rob spent getting to know me and answering any question I had. You all made me feel like I was the only person you had to see that day with no rush; that says a lot about you guys and I look forward to working with you in the future!

7 months to the day after my traumatic brain injury, I’ve finally transitioned back into my English saddle! Fear is an invisible beast that grows bigger every day so, it was time. My legs shook at the mounting block trying hard to quiet my mind and shut out bad memories but, ever determined I threw my leg over and slid my hesitant boot back into the stirrup iron and then slowly began to walk and then trot and then CANTER. I could literally feel that shift inside my heart when it made that courageous leap from fear to BLISS! I could once again feel my horse fly beneath me >happy tears!! My friends often ask “why would I ever ride again after a severe injury?” My answer is simple. It’s something I MUST do to heal myself and so with each tiny step I’m able to put my pieces back together. It’s been a spiritual journey for me in many ways. I've begun turning my accident into a blessing, a chance to know who I am at the core and evolve... I am grateful. I’ve still got a ways to go but, I’ve learned if you push through your fear hard enough you’ll arrive on the other side of strength and determination. A HUGE thank you to ReNue Health. First doctor I met that understood and knew how to treat my traumatic brain injury.

I'm a combat veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan and suffered from multiple TBI from explosions from RPG's and IED's while in country. When I returned home I started having a serious problem with daily fatigue and brain fog and would feel suddenly very anxious for no reason like I was coming out of my skin. Things continued to get worse and I was not wanting to go anywhere or be around anybody. I started drinking a lot to try and make all the pain go away which just made thing worse. The VA wasn't much help and they just wanted to put me on pain killers and psych meds none of which worked and just made me more angry. I heard about Dr. Rob treating other vets and that they were feeling like themselves again. This is the first doc that actually listened to me and what I was going thru and he said not to worry that he could get me to feel better again. I didn't believe him at first but he was right! In 3 short months I feel like me again and don't wake up filled with rage and hate and my fatigue brain fog and anxiety is gone! He has me taking just a couple hormones and a high dose multivitamin and I feel great.

Dr. Rob is very professional with his business! He has high quality staff that get things right the first time. I'm very grateful to be a patient of his and I hope to be one for a long time.

I can not thank Dr. Rob enough. After almost ten years of dealing with 3 different autoimmune diseases I finally have things under control with Dr. Rob's specialized testing and therapies. While it was slow at first once I started to feel better things continually improved every couple of weeks, I am putting weight back on, my energy is continually increasing and my pain is considerably less. If you are suffering from any autoimmune disease don't wait another day to go see Dr. Rob, you will be glad you did!

I am a nurse and a mother who has been on a mission for several years trying to get my daughter, Elyza, diagnosed and treated correctly, in praying that we could give her somewhat of her life back. Elyza was misdiagnosed several times and put on some pretty â??harshâ?? medications. It seemed like every doctor she saw wanted to treat her symptoms but not give us answers on why she was having all of these debilitating symptoms. She was put on steroids, beta blockers, antithyroid medication and was being told she needed to start anti-depressants. No one was understanding how bad Elyza was suffering on a daily basis. She had missed her entire 6th grade year of school and has not started her 7th grade year of school. If we had only met Dr. Rob sooner, it would have saved Elyza from many unnecessary testing and removal of her thyroid and vocal cord paralysis from surgery. Let me start from the beginning. Elyza was a very sick girl since the age of 9. She was suffering from hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, unexplained tachycardia, joint pain, headaches, nausea, dizziness, severe fatigue, abdominal pain, insomnia, shortness of breath, low blood pressure, heat intolerance and several other things. We were told she had everything from constipation to Graves Disease when in fact she was suffering from Hashimotoâ??s Disease and POTS (Post Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). We traveled to several different childrenâ??s hospitals, to Dallas, TX from Ohio, twice in a 6 month period, and Elyza still wasnâ??t getting much better. I just kept feeling like we were still missing something on her. Everything we were doing was not working the way I would have hoped and she just seemed like she was taking more steps backwards than forwards. Lori Stoneman, a close friend of mine, read something about Dr. Rob on the internet and forwarded me his information. I looked into his services and spoke with him several times on the phone. Here is a physician, who has not asked me for a dime, and was taking time out of his day to talk to me about my daughter. After a few months of speaking with him, I loaded my daughter up once again and we left our family behind and traveled 4 hours to go see him. We spent every morning with Dr. Rob for one week. We discussed so many things and Dr. Rob was very thorough in all of his testing. We finally got those missing answers that we needed; one of the biggest answers was that my daughter was allergic to a lot of things. Dr. Rob ran a certain blood test that provided us with these answers. Here this whole time in trying to get her better, it didnâ??t matter, because she was eating and drinking poison every day of her life. She was positive for a gluten/wheat/dairy/yeast allergy and several other things. At the age of 10, Elyza underwent a colonoscopy/EGD biopsy and we were told she did not have a gluten allergy, when in reality she does. Dr. Rob also got Elyzaâ??s thyroid functioning by recognizing that her body was not converting T4 into T3 because she was on the wrong medication. Dr. Rob got her on the right medication and her symptoms are starting to disappear. Since we have learned all of these â??newâ?? things and made changes in her diet, Elyza has lost over 10 pounds in a month (she had gained over 40 pounds in a year when other physicians had her on blood pressure medication, steroids and high doses of salt). She is finally getting up in the morning like a normal person and she is not complaining of not feeling good or being in severe pain every day. Her mind is also functioning and thinking more clearly. She is slowly getting her energy back. I am so grateful that Dr. Rob looked at the whole picture in regards to her health. He looked at everything that was going on with Elyza and he looked at all of her symptoms and addressed them. I am so glad we made the decision to go see Dr. Rob and make that 4 hour trip. If you are sick and not feeling good and not getting the answers you are looking for by your physician, most likely you are getting the wrong answers. I suggest you make a trip to go see Dr. Rob too. It will be worth your time and money or better yet getting your quality of life back.

Working with Dr. Rob and the ReNue Health team has been life changing. I've reached middle age and feel like I'm in my twenties. My strength, endurance, and overall vitality has returned. Now, I wake well rested with the energy to run, bike and do the things I enjoy most.
