Excellent doc. Very knowledgeable and provided expert treatment.

I had seen Dr. Fleck 8 years ago for a very aggravating chronic skin condition that several other Dr. couldn't control. At that time she had mentioned that I should have my birthmark and another mole removed, as that type of birthmark can disguise melanoma. I listened to the recommendation, soon after moving out of town. I never forgot what she told me and last week I finally went to visit her to have it removed. The office staff is great! Her assistant Jan is awesome. Dr. Fleck is no non sense, punctual and down to the business of her patients health. She is an extensive wealth of knowledge regarding health and wellness. She is dual board certified in internal medicine, as well as, dermatology. If you truly want to get to the bottom of your ailment in an expedient, honest way, Dr Fleck is your solution. In my case, the incision was flawless, eight stitches tied in a perfectly straight line. Take home instructions were easy to follow, including the optimum practices for healing with diminished scarring. It was well worth the wait.

I have had absolutely terrible office visits in other dermatologist's facilities here in town and I was really starting to lose hope. Then I finally discovered Dr. Fleck and was so pleased. She is the most caring, and most courteous doctor I've dealt with out of all the doctors I have seen.

I have been seeing Dr. Fleck for 2 years now. I was nervous at first because I ended up seeing a few disappointing doctors before I was referred to her. She put my mind at ease quickly be explaining everything that she would be doing for me in depth. She made sure I was comfortable. I have been getting facial injections about every 6 months to a year. She is efficient, affordable compared to the others and gets me in and out within 30 - 45 minutes. I am very pleased with my results! People tell me I do not look my age. I have no problem referring friends and family to her. Her staff is always courteous and professional. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Fleck.

I work for Dr. Fleck and in all fairness, I felt that I needed to explain what happened in this situation. This client came to our office earlier this summer requesting Botox. Dr. advised her that she would require 60 units to achieve her desired outcome. Instead she could only afford 30 units which Dr. explained would not resolve her issues. Dr. advised her to save her funds until she had enough to do the job correctly. Instead, she insisted that Dr Fleck use 30 units and this was complied with. Since then, she has returned to our office three times asking for a free "retouch." I attempted to obtain credit for her but she is unemployed and was unable to qualify for this. When she was rejected by the credit company, she had a tantrum in our office, screaming and throwing magazines and stating she'd "get even." This situation is analogous to someone who can afford one apple to make a pie and then when the pie doesn't turn out she blames the grocer for not giving her free apples.

Dr Fleck is a nice woman, however, she isn't a good cosmetic doctor and wouldn't go to her for treatments as she does not guarantee her work, regardless of how much money you spend. Every other doctor offer injections do retouches if the product doesn't take. I would not go to her for anything cosmetic. Don't fall for her as I invested a small fortune without any results. She does not do any retouching and I would recommend Mind, Body and Soul for treatments that are guaranteed and cost hundreds of dollars less than what Dr. Fleck charges.

After reading the website, rejuvadoc.com, I was sold. This doctor is professional, up-to-date, and very friendly. She listened to me and cured my infection after several other docs tried and were unsuccessful. I have recommended Dr. Fleck to several family members and I will use her from now on.

My wife and I had just moved to town and were referred to her by our last Dermatologist in San Francisco in order to remove a melanoma on my wife's leg. We went to see Dr. Fleck right away and she agreed that it was malignant. It was completely removed and we're very happy that we have a great new doc to see for all of our skin needs. We recommend her to anyone unsure of a new Dermatologist to see!

Over approximately 6 years, my husband has developed severe, itchy skin rashes, and has been seen by many doctors, who all just brushed it off as eczema and wanted to prescribe long term steroids. After a Friday visit to another Derm, who told him to take a bath with bleach(!), which only aggravated the rash more by 2 a.m., we did some more research, and found Dr Fleck. Not only was the phone answered at 8 a.m. sharp on a Monday morning, but we were told that we could come in that morning-almost unheard of, compared to our experiences with other offices. Once we went over all of the history and provided past treatments, Dr Fleck noticed that my husband has discoloration on the inside of his heels, and started asking about his feet. (He has had a lot of foot problems, including bad gout attacks). She suspected that he had poor circulation, so scheduled an ultrasound the next day, which revealed that he has several veins that are not functioning well! I had suspected that the rashes could be caused by some other condition, and now it looks like we may have a reason and a solution with vein surgery(Poor circulation can cause eventual issues with the skin). Dr Fleck may have finally found the answer to six years of misery that no other doctor could identify (or tired to identify). In addition, she is very open to alternative treatments and a true healthy diet, stressing organic foods, low sugar & carbs, unlike so many, who just want to write you a prescription. As far as the negative reviews, I can't speak for them, but our experience has been nothing less than great, and we wholeheartedly recommend Dr Fleck to anyone who wants something more than the conventional run-around.

Rudest doctor I have ever gone to. Just starts freezing my moles without ever disclosing anything about what she is going to do to me. That is a violation of my body. Then she tells me I have malignant melanoma. WRONG. Other dermatologist told me she lied and that she has a horrible reputation in Prescott. She is spiteful and a mean person. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!

I had vein surgery from this doctor. She was very pushy about getting the surgery done, was 2 hours late for the surgery appointment, was in a terrible rush, laser burnt my leg, I've had medical appointments with another vein specialist who can't believe after 2.5 years my leg is still infected and oozing. She made 3 separate appts so she could charge 3 separate surgeries (all about money with her. She is uncaring and extremely pushy. My leg looks terrible; constant pain and swelling for past 2.5 years. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!

I was the only patient in the office during both of my visits and waited over 30 minutes for her to come in. The 2nd visit, after waiting 30 minutes, I went to the reception area to inquire how much longer it would be and the doctor was sitting with the staff joking around. Her bedside manner is non existent. She just walks in and start freezing without any explanation of what she is finding, nor what she is doing. Her demeaner is very cold and doesn't inspire confidence. She told me I had malignant melanoma, with no further explanation or discussion except that more surgery was needed. I chose to go to another dermatologist in town rather than to see her again. She seemed more interested in "upselling" to her other businesses such as vein treatment and laser treatments.

After seeing various dermatologists around the tricities area and a few in the Phoenix area, I need look no further.Dr. Fleck spent a great deal of time with us during our visit and got my son completely cured of a bad case of eczema and fungal infections. This same problem that another nearby doctor was stumped by! We found her to be very knowledgeable, being one of the only Board Certified dermatologists around. This woman is a fantastic dermatologist with a pleasant demeanor and a great staff to sum it up!!!

Dr. Fleck laser resurfaced the Acne scars on my face. It changed my whole life. I have much more confidence. When I talk to people I don't feel like my scars are the 1st thing they see.I only wear a powdered foundation instead of heavy cream foundation. I even wear my hair back in a ponytail instead of covering my face with my hair. I followed all of Dr. Flecks instructions and she had me back to my social life in one week!

Whether a business makes a mistake is never the measure, it is what that business does when a mistake is made that is the measure of the business.That said, i have a stitch in my back left there by an inattentive nurse. I went back today (I learned of it yesterday) to have it removed (more than a week after the others). The doctor/owner had the receptionist tell me that the doctor would not "play nurse" today. Say what?!Two, my wife was incorrectly scheduled for an appointment in the AM, when policy dictates her appointment should be in the PM. The nurse told my wife that is office policy, then retreated to the back office. She did not offer to reschedule, to correct the problem, or offer any other possible solution.In short, no more appointments with Dr. Fleck's office. It's sad really, the receptionist admitted her mistake, and there is another staff member there who is very nice and helpful. However, my family will not be back.

OMG - just discovered this website. Went to this horrible doctor two years ago. Worst doctor visit experience ever. Doctor does not ever tell you WHAT she is going to do to you. She made such a huge cut into my body, when it just a simple mole/freckle. I am disfigured for life! Not disclosing information is the same as lying. She needs to be investigated by American Medical Assn; should not be practicing medicine!
