I love having Dr Herrera provide my ongoing treatment. Dr Herrera is compassionate and listens to his patients concerns and counsels them on treatment options. I have complete confidence in my treatment plan given by Dr Herrera and his Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly Player. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Dr Herrera and his clinic.

I am so blessed to have Dr. Herrera as my doctor if you are looking for a doctor that has your best interest in mind look no further. I am talking from experience. He is on top of the procedures he does. I started seeing him several years ago. I was in so much pain and literally on a cain. Today I can walk without a cain.

Dr. Herrera really listens to you. He genuinely cares about your well being and takes the time to discuss your options and how they can help you. His staff overall is very nice and pleasant to deal with as well. His NP Ms. Arrington is also a great listener and communicator who also cares about her patients and keeps Dr. Herrera informed. I also love the text messages that are sent to you notifying you that your prescription(s) have been sent off to your chosen pharmacy. However, the care and concern for his patients is top notch! Highly recommend this office.

The disconnect between the doctors and their two locations is ridiculous. The staff changes every time I’ve been there. You can never get anyone on the phone (and you don’t know which office your call actually rings at.) They can’t keep track of what patients are at which office location. I showed up to a locked office for my appointment—my particular doctor had decided that he wasn’t going to practice at my location any longer, but no one bothered to inform me! (I had left my previous pain “management” Dr. because of his indifference. He was also accusatory, combative and completely unprofessional, and tried to sabotage my efforts to seek a better doctor.) I thought I’d finally found a practice close to my house and take care of me. Oh, well… The US healthcare system has failed.

The staff at this office doesn’t care about their patients. Never return calls, nor seems concerned about the severe symptoms I had. Best option is to switch to a more sympathetic, efficient office

I have finally found a doctor that listens..seems to truly care what i have to say..not only do I feel comfortable with Dr Herrera, the support staff are wonderful. I entered his office feeling stressed from the drive, by the time I left I was relaxed and ready for a good day. I have been a patient here for about a year and have such confidence in every one that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to even close family. He is the most caring doctor I’ve ever met. His calling in life is to help every patient he comes in contact with. I like going to him because he is proactive in pain relief but extremely cautious in making sure his patients do not get addicted or misuse pain medication.

Dr. Rudy Herrera is a great Dr. I will follow anywhere this doctor moves. He listens to what is actually hurting you and will do whatever he can to get you to where you can deal with your pain. I had bad back and hips I could barely walk. Due to what he prescribed for me and back injections I no longer need a cane nor braces for my knees. He is a Wonderful Doctor!!
