I used to see Dr. Feltner when he was working with the Everett Clinic in Marysville, Wa. At that time he was only seeing: children, teens, and young adults. However, when I seen him for the first time, I could tell he was an amazing doctor, just based off the fact he actually cared and listened, compared to a lot of the Jokers that claim to be Professional Doctors these days. I knew my mom and father were looking for a new doctor since their previous one had left the Everett Clinic, so I asked Dr. Feltner, if he would be willing to take the whole family, and be are primary care physician, and regardless he didn't usually see parent that were late 40s, and early 50s, without hesitation, he said he would be glad to do it, and just based off how personality and how he did his job caring for me, I knew with out a doubt my parents would love him.
He was are primary care physician for a couple years when he made the decision to leave the Everett Clinic and move on in his career, and just trust God had a plan for his life. We lost him and we were really upset as a family to now have to attempt to replace Dr. Feltner, which wasn't going to be easy cause very few times have we met a doctor even close to him.
We did continue to see where Dr. Feltner landed after leaving the Everett Clinic, and when we did locate him the business he was working for didn't accept are Insurance, and the business wasn't a in network provider give us high percentage of coverage.
I am so excited to say that Dr. Feltner is now working for Providence out of Snohomish, Washington. After contacting in insurance, it just so happens he is now considered in network and our insurance cover the maximum percentage if we chose to see him again. I also want to state since Dr. Feltner being our primary physician a long time ago in Marysville when he left I never did find a Doctor to call my primary care physician. This will be an amazing feeling knowing who I am seeing each time and knowing he will take care of me and treat me with up most respect. He is an awesome doctor and would recommend him to anyone. He was attentive and listened when we came in with health or medical issues, and he didn't drag his feet, if he believed sending us out for an MRI or a specialist was necessary, he made it happen. A lot of doctors will see you and then request to see you again a week or two later, and prolong you receiving the Healthcare you require to see if they can prevent having to send you out to the MRI to save insurance money to get the insurance kick backs. His number one priority was the patients and nothing stood in the way of him doing what ever necessary in order to help you, and give you the best possible medical attention.
I already have an appointment with him for updated blood work, and a physical, and helping me with some documentation that requires a Doctor to be a part of. Those are things I haven't done or received from any other doctor since Feltner left Everett Clinic 5-7 years ago. Main reason being was i never ended up finding a new primary care physician, and other doctors never requested or brought it up, and I didn't have someone to even read the results and discuss them with me. So I am just thankful that he is available to be seen again and he is covered by my insurance, cause I am not lying to make him look like he is unbelievable doctor and the best out their, but in my mind I feel like you won't find anyone better.
Also wanted to say thank you Dr. Feltner, for leaving the Everett Clinic, because honestly they got to the point where the patient was no longer important, and the customer was no longer special, nor valued. They were a business who's main goal was to maximize profit, which is the point of a business but more important then that is the customers and retaining them and keeping them happy and they failed the patients big time. Not only that, they were so quick to judge patients and I remember being looked at and made to feel like a druggie or an addict due to the fact i was in true pain and asked the doctor to prescribe me 15 vics to help me continue to get through work, because my back would limit me and my preformance. Dr. Feltner never looked at me that way if I injured myself and was in pain, he simply did what was needed. So many other doctors would attempt to treat you any other way and avoid pain medication at all cost, almost basically saying I don't trust you to be responsible, or basically calling you a lie about the amount of pain one person might actually be in.
Dr. Feltner is a legit doctor and levels with you as a person and doesn't put himself up on a pedestal because he has his degree and is the doctor, he talks to you like he is no different then the next guy but is very intelligent. So many doctors don't even catch every third word you say because in their mind they already know how to fix your medical issue and to be honest a lot of doctors make you feel like you don't even deserve the time of his or her presence or that they have better things to be doing. What I believe doctors forget and the companies those doctors work for, is that the patient and customers are by far the most important thing about your company and about that doctor being a doctor.
