I heard the doctor yell at and curse his red headed woman employee real bad. He said the f-word and was real ugly to her in front of other people. He needs to learn how to treat women with respect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nation for about 2 years after my family doctor left after the hurricane. Dr. Nation has done more in the short time I have been his patient than any doctor has ever done in finding out my medical problems. He is very thorough as well as caring and compassionate.

First appointment waited 1.5 hours. Came back following week for 8:00 appointment and still waited an hour. Why is their time more important than our time? How can you be running late first thing in the morning, and I see doctors and pa's arriving late. May change doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nations for approximately 5 years. He has monitored and provided close reviews of my medical condition and all medications. I needed to see a Doctor on 11/06/17 for a serious respiratory infection. I called the office at 1:00 p.m. and was immediately given a 4:20 p.m. appointment. I was almost immediately taken to an examination room and a staff member reviewed my vitals and prepped me for Dr. Nations. I was given a thorough examination by Dr. Nations. He diagnosed my situation and I was given two shots and two prescriptions for my infections. I write this review on 11/07/17 at 7:30 a.m. and feel much better already. Thanks to Dr. Nations and his staff for patient access and quick response to a call for an appointment and treatment. Anderson Thomas (retired local law enforcement officer)

Wait time can be lengthly, but they spend the time on you that you need.

This dude is a quack!! He wouldn't have a practice if it was not for the PA,, wait time 3 hrs!! PA awesome!!! office hogs rude!!!

I asked about my bill and I talked with 4; people got different answers I feel they cheated me I will not go back.

Let the statistics on this site speak for themselves. All the other doctors have maybe one or two reviews, he has 47. He has too many patients. I've waited up to 3 hours for an appointment just to refered elsewhere. He doesn't run any tests in office. I work 8 to 5, so that means I have to leave my job for these appointments. I plan to be there 1 hour and every time I'm there for 3. I will say he is very professional but when one is a professional, one cannot be emotional, also meaning lacking compassion.

Dr Nation is not someone who I would recommend to anyone. He is currently under discipline from the California medical border for having an affair with a married patient. You can easily check the state of California's medical board for this info. He isn't supposed to be supervising a PA in his practice. This is also why he was booted from the military. Do not see this doctor if you are female.

I have had a very difficult headache problem for years which most doctors assume I'm just a junkie because I'm honest and I tell them that hydrocodone is about the only thing that works. Unfortunately it also makes me itch furiously and I would really rather Not be taking ANY of this stuff. Dr. Nation has helped reduce the frequency and severity of the headaches a great deal. Now if I could just stop taking the drugs and not have headaches anymore it would be wonderful.

I wouldn't let this creep treat my dog much less my family or myself.

This an is an incredible doctor and a kind and caring soul. I cannot find words to describe how much Dr Nation and his staff have done for me and my husband! I wish him many years of success, health and happiness!!!!

I can not say enough about this office and all the staff. I was so tired of all the other doctors just telling me basically that I was lazy. When I was a person that went from sun up to sun down with one full time job, one part time job, taking care of my family and my animals. Then finally someone to listen to me. Did blood work and found that lazy was not my problem. They make every patient feel just as important as the next which is why I have referred 7 people to the practice and they all have fall just as in love as I did. I just can not thank them enough for giving me a better life. Four stars is not enough for this place.

A talented diagnostician who takes the time and has the concern to thoroughly look at the big picture before he starts pushing pills. Dr. Nation is truly a "physician", and I am very impressed with him and his staff.

I can't get over how incredible the entire staff has been with me at NBFHC. I have been dealing with a very painful health issue for over three years now. Due to urgency and my busy schedule I've been seeing his assistant Jim Deas for most of my visits, and have only had two visits with Doctor Nation; but I will never forget him walking up to me after one of my appointments with Mr. Deas and asking me how I was doing, referencing my health issues, making it a point that he remembered me and was truly interested in the progress I was making. I have sent several people to his office and will continue to recommend him to anyone who asks.

this doctor just totally changed my opinion of him....I WILL NEVER go back

he listens to you and not like other doctors here in florida that just say here take something he wants to know what is wrong and why and helps you understands why

Always takes time and listens to what I have to say, a very pleasant individual and the best doctor I have ever seen and/or been treated by, I would highly recommend this doctor and have on several occasions!

Great, Doctor Nation was my PCM while I served in the military, and through them all, he was single handedly the best PCM I had ever had. I soon seperated and when I discovered he had opened his own practice, it was an easy choice. He is now my Civilian Doctor, and is a great one at that. I would absolutely suggest giving him a call.
