Dr. Ron Avraham, MD

Dr Avraham was very kind, listened to me,explained the plan going forward. He is professional and caring.

Having been dealing with pain for approximately 5 months, I was referred to Dr. Avraham. Instantly, he showed interest and caring about what I had been dealing with. He did not hurry or assume what I was explaining. After review of records and examining me, he had two recommendations. The first treatment, a steroid shot, which did nothing. He sent me for an MRI and results showed a cyst behind a facet on my back. Due to it's location, Dr. Avraham tried to drain the cyst but was unsuccessful. What I liked about him was his mannerism, his explanation about what he was going to do and showing you on the screen so I'd understand. I received an epidural shot. When pain persisted I was referred to a surgeon who successfully removed cyst. Now after surgery and PT I am 95% myself. I contribute my success in part to Dr. Avraham. I would definitely recommend him.

Doesn’t understand pain treatment..

I have been a hairstylist for 30 plus years , and have had 2 other doctors that could not pin point my issues til I seen Dr Avraham , I met Dr Avraham over a year ago . He definitely is the easiest Dr to talk to , I have many doctors and specialist . But none as attentive as him . He figured out my problem and unfortionatly I have other issues that are holding me back from my procedures ?? Hopefully I will be able to get both fixed soon . But for now, it's a waiting game til my specialist gives me the ok to go ahead . I know until then I am in very good hands with Dr. Avraham . He makes you feel comfortable right when you meet him , and easy to talk to . That is very important for a patient and doctor to have that. I would recommend him to anyone that is having issues and my only wish is I met him when I first addressed my back issues . And my shoulder . Dr. Ron Avraham is such a great Doctor, he is very courteous as well as professional. He shows genuine concern for his patients. I would not go to any other Doctor in Arizona with his specialty. I can only say good things about him.
