Dr. Krueger and his staff are top shelf. I came to them with sinus and sleep apnea concerns. They came up with a detailed plan that worked for my situation. With the first surgery plan of opening up my nasal passages and by my surprise straightening my nose! I have to say the improvements are immeasurable. Unfortunately now changing diapers is not as appealing to me as it used to be? My sense of smell, taste and breathing through my nose is repaired to new. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Krueger is very professional, friendly, and he has a good handshake. I had surgery on my nose to straighten my septum and reduce one turbinate. The recovery has been difficult but Dr. Krueger and his staff have been helpful. However, I do wish he had spent a bit more time discussing with me about this condition and treatment.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr Krueger and his staff. After many years of chronic sinus trouble, I heard about his somewhat unusual sinoplasty procedure. He was very clear about the surgical process and recovery. And it turned out surprisingly easy .... 11/2 hour outpatient procedure, only one day of mild discomfort afterward, and clear improvement in my breathing over the following few weeks. I understand I'm still early in healing process, so additional improvement may continue. Even if my current breathing is as good as it gets, the sinplasty has been a clear success.

The office is very inviting as are the staff. Ronald is very takes pride in his work and is very thorough. Ensuring he's sees all the detail in what needs to be done. I was having issues with insurance and the location of the procedure and bonny really made sure she was able to make it happen for me. They are good with questions and seeing how everything is doing after the procedure.

Dr. Krueger is great. He takes his time in discussing issues and concerns and doesn't recommend anything unless it is needed. He did a nose surgery for me and did an outstanding job!!!

Dr. Krueger was recommended by my dentist for evaluation of sleep apnea. I'm now using a CPAP machine after considering the options offered. Happy (and awake) as can be. Dr. Krueger is certainly knowledgeable, professional, and has an outstanding staff.

Great experience, would and will recommend. One of best experiences I have had, he identifies the problem and takes steps to fix, Surgery was as he had explained it would be. He is probably the best in explaining in detail I have experienced. He involves the spouse so she understands the process. A great people person.

I would highly recommend Dr. Krueger to anyone! He has performed several different procedures for me, and he and his wonderful staff are the best! He sincerely, personally cares for each and every patient and is highly qualified and professional in everything he does. Dr. Krueger is a Gem. I had a real scary procedure and he made it took the scare out of it. The follow-up was also very good. The office staff were wonderful as well.

If I could give Dr. Krueger 10 stars, I would! He is a life saver! For the 1st time in my life, I can breathe!!! I've had sinus problems for YEARS! I'm always congested, mouth breather and I ALWAYS get sinus infections! My face hurts, my teeth hurts, my ear hurts, my head hurts, everything hurts! Allergy meds don't work, nose sprays don't work and even antibiotic sometimes doesn't work! So one day I've decided that I've had enough! I've seen an ENT at UWMC about 2 years ago, didn't f/u bec I have decided that I no longer want my care at UWMC. So I googled for an ENT doctor in Seattle. Dr. Krueger showed up with outstanding reviews so I was like "Wow, this guy must've been really good." So I called that same day and Bonnie answered the phone. I was able to get in right away. Their little office is located in Mukilteo close to the ferry terminal. The first thing I noticed at Dr. Krueger's office was the darn air freshener! I've had this problem for so long that my sense of smell had become VERY sensitive. Perfumes that I used to like, I can no longer use. My poor husband who likes to shower himself with cologne had to stop too. hehe Bonnie greeted me and gave me ppwk to fill out -she is such a nice lady and very prompt in answering the phones! Kaitlyn took me back and then I met Dr. Krueger. My first visit, I don't know if I like him yet but I liked the fact that he ordered a CT scan of my sinus to establish treatment. I've seen 2 ENT MDs in the past, 1 suggested nasal sprays and 2nd suggested surgery on my 1st consultation (without any imaging). I was impressed. 2nd visit was to review my CT scan and yes, I do need surgery. I wasn't able to do the balloon sinuplasty because my insurance doesn't cover so I decided to go with the traditional surgery. He did a septoplasty, bilateral turbinate reduction and bilateral ethmoidectomy and I think he fixed my deviated septum as well (I'm pretty sure that's what he did...?) Anyway, I was super nervous about the surgery because this is my FIRST SURGERY EVER. He was teasing me about how nervous I looked when he was explaining to me what he was going to do. I was very nervous. Surgery day, I went to Edmonds Center for Outpatient Surgery (I had a very positive experience there as well and wrote them a nice review on Google) I only remembered the pre and post surgery since I was knocked out and I'm not going into details about that because that's more meant for the centers review. Let's focus on Dr. Krueger and his awesomeness, shall we? But I want to share with ya'll how GREAT my post surgery went! First of all, I was stressing out about the post surgery because I have an infant and I am a nursing mother. I was worried that I'm going to be in too much pain, that I have to pump and dump my precious milk etc. I was so surprised how well it went. OMG! The worst days will be the 1st 2 days after surgery. My throat is the one that hurts the most actually. My nose was ok, it was hurting a little bit but nothing too intense. Plus, I just felt tired and wanting to sleep due to the general anesthesia. 2nd, I've got this intense headache and eye pain from pressure and maybe too much sleeping. I couldn't even stand to watch TV and I was in and out of sleep from the pain meds. I was able to nurse my baby the day after surgery (new guidelines per anesthesiologist) with no problems. 3rd day, I feel better and I was actually already out shopping for Christmas tree hehe and I just get better and better everyday after that. No more pain, just congested (still not ok to blow my nose). Today, I had my 7 day post-op appt and he removed my nose splint. I CAN BREATHE! OMG its like a miracle! There's air coming in everywhere! HAHA! I am so thankful for him I was getting all emotional earlier but I was able to hide it! I feel so great like I have a brand new nose! HAHA I am so happy that I went to Dr. Krueger for my treatment! Him and his staff are just exceptional! I couldn't be any happier! Today, my husband probably heard me say "I can breathe! There's air everywhere!" a million times already and I already warned him that he's probably going to hear this for a few more days. HEHE Long post, I know! #sorrynotsorry Ya'll know the importance of reviews. That's how it led me to Dr. Krueger. So if you have sinus problems, stop what you're doing now and call his office TODAY!!! Thank you, Dr. Kreuger!

My son had a balloon sinuplasty. With every appt. we've never felt rushed. Dr. Krueger and his staff listen to you which is very important in a doctor. After all, we know our bodies best. The procedure went very well and we are happy with the results.

Suffered from allergies and sinus infections my whole life. I saw an add in the local news paper how there was a procedure to help with sinus issues. Called Dr. Kruegers office, got into see him with in a week. Had a few test done, to see what the sinus issues were. He immediately figured out what my issues were. Scheduled for a ballon sinus dilation, this in office procedure was painless. Now nearly a month later, I am breathing better, allergies to certain things in the air are not causing me to have to use allergy medications. This was a complete life changing surgery. My wife complained I snored too much, after this surgery she is happy that she can get her full 8 hours of sleep every night. Dr. Krueger, has a great team, and his bed side manner is amazing. He explains everything to you in terms you can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Krueger, if you have any sinus issues.

It all started when Dr. Kruger performed my biopsy in 2010. He told me I had nasopharyngeal carcinoma. He was calming and referred me to a great oncologist. He also discovered I had acid reflux because of the burn I felt in my throat. I've had tubes put in my ears,. I've had growths removed from both nostrils in his office. The whole procedure went very well. I've had a biopsy below my right eye. He has removed the bags from under my eyes. He has fixed my lower half of my nose that had collapsed from the side effect of radiation. It now looks normal again. Every time I have gone to him he has helped me in a great way. I could never find a more kind, caring and compassionate Doctor. To me, he will always be on a pedestal. He has a great personality and knows how to make you smile and feel confident you are in good hands. As a Doctor, I love him

Very personable and professional doctor who actually listens to, and has a genuine concern for, his patients. Doctor Krueger was highly recommended to me by another one of his patients and I am very glad that I selected him to fix my nose and sinus. The surgery went smooth and post surgery pain was minimal. Dr. Krueger has been my ENT/Sinus physician for 18 years. He performed sinus surgery in 1996 and the results and long term outcome have been very successful. He is an excellent and knowledgeable physician and I would highly recommend Dr. Krueger to others. The wait time before being seen was less than five minutes.
