What a great Dr. To have in our area!!!

I am very happy with my experience at mason city clinic. Dr.Kloc listens to how my medications are working. He tries to adjust them to my migraine triggers and how I can best avoid them in my life.

Dr. Kloc did a through evaluation of my problem before suggesting an Epidural Steroid Injection. The injection was very easy and quick. All the nurses at the Surgery Center were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend Dr. Kloc to anyone that is having pain that other procedures don't help.

Dr. Kloc shared his concern and reviewed pictures of my spine to recommend surgery to alleviate my back pain. I felt confident in his expertise and followed through with his recommendation to have surgery. I felt that Dr. Klock had my best interests in mind.

Dr. Koch did a procedure on my mother for her post shingles neuralgia pain which she had battled with for almost 7yrs. Her pain was severe and all the attempts we tried be it OTC topicals, prescription medication etc etc were unsuccessful . Dr. Knock worked with mom and God Bless him and his latest procedure! ! For the first time in 7 yrs. mom no longer has the severe stabbings pain. He was very caring and very careful! Excellent Dr.!!!

He viewed a previous MRI of my spine with me and explained to me why I am experiencing such lower back pain. He explained to me my options for treatment to relieve some of the pain and set up a series of epideral injections.

I felt that the reception I received was very good and the overall experience was very good. I would recommend to anyone that asked about the One Day Surgery.

This was my initial consultation with Dr. Kloc, however, I found him to be a straightforward, no nonsense kind of guy. I really appreciate that in a provider. He listened, examined me and immediately set forth a course of action. I look forward to continuing our medical 'partnership' for my care.

This was just a consultation. He chose a course of action and explained it to me in detail, using a spinal model to show me what would be done.

First off his nurse LuAnn is amazing! Dr.Kloc on the other hand is not ! He is bored line abusive and discriminatory to patients. His ego is the size of Texas. He promises your first appointment are completely thrown out the window after you do a procedure with him. He makes you sign a pain contract before you even see him then refuses to do pain management yet won't release you from the contract even though he's not treating you for pain management. He lied to the staff members that hired him saying that he would treat pain management patients. It should be Dr.Krock not Kloc.

I am long time patient and could not be happier with any other doctor.

The most un proffesional doctor visit ever. He is rude, jumps to false conclusions about people & he is unproffessional in every way. I am embarrassed & assammed that he is allowed to practice medicine.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Kloc. He was indecisive, easily distracted, quick to anger when his ego was not stroked and incompitent when it came to bedside manners! I would not suggest him to family, friends, or worst enemies!
