Dr. Ronald Dominic Nardell, MD

Dr Nardell is great but if you require medical attention avoid him at all costs because his staff is completely unreliable. They do not give Dr Nardell messages on purpose and they cannot be relied upon to fax referrals or make appointments. If you have health conditions please do not put it in the hands of Dr Nardell’s staff! You will regret putting your health and well being in the hands of a staff that has no repercussions for their incompetent actions.

Waiting time for a.message to get through About a week if it gets there---on ,Friday's after one pm the answering service takes messages and no one gets back to you Showing up in person to ask a question has been the best way to get a response! Caring and compassionate physician but needs staff remake!

Dr. Nardell is a doctor that really cares about his patients. I never had a doctor that took their time to really understand their patient's concerns and Dr. Nardell listens to all my concerns. Dr. Nardell and his staff are very kind and welcoming. This is one office im confident and saying you can trust with your health.

I love Dr. Nardell, as a physician. He truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to understand the full scope of whatever issue you may be having. When prescribing meds, he explains the pros and cons, and respects your decisions about your own medical care. The problem is getting through the "gatekeepers" in the front office. They consistently do not relay messages to the doctor, fail to complete referrals to specialists, and act like you are genuinely inconveniencing them when they are asked to do their jobs. I called a few minutes ago to confirm the office is open today, since I have an appointment this afternoon, and we are in the middle of a snowstorm. The phone was answered by Kimberly, who very nastily accused me of having an appointment last week and not showing up. After explaining to her that I specifically made an appointment for today, which is my day off from work, and would never have made an appointment for the day in question, she continued to speak to me in a very hostile and condescending tone. I am keeping my appointment this afternoon simply so I can explain to Dr. Nardell why I will no longer be a patient of his. It is a shame.

As a nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare I am extremely impressed with Dr Nardell. He has demonstrated medical expertise and compassion to myself and my family. I have recommended him to patients that ask me if I could recommend a good family physician. My daughter comes in from Pitt just to see him for her visits. I highly recommend him.

We miss Dr. Nardell here in Las Vegas. He is the best. My husband and I loved him as a doctor. He was very caring and spent time explaining things so we would understand.

Was a previous patient of Dr Nadal ls in Las Vegas. Was the best doc ever! Took time with you and very thorough. And loved his sense of humor. Haven't found anyone to compare. Was a great loss to our medical community.

Dr. Nardell is friendly, knowledgable, and thorough.

The best MD left he about us not the money just your heath and safety your lucky if your sick and he's your Doctor he will make sure you get the best help and he will follow up

Dr Nardell is a fantastic Dr. He is a genuine person and isn't just another doctor trying to just get you in and out of the office. He takes the time to adequately diagnose, treat, listen, everything! I was previously seeing a doctor that if I told him I had Alzheimer's he'd believe me, prescribe something and call it a day. Dr Nardell actually cares and does everything he can to help rather than pushing medicine or tests on you that aren't needed. I look forward to actually going for my doctor visits. He's friendly, honest, has great manners and is very professional. I never have to wait to see him and my appointments are made very quickly without hassle. The only thing I have an issue with is his front desk staff, especially Liz, she's very rude and inconsiderate, lacks personality and is usually always just plain ignorant while in the office as well as over the phone. Other than that I love Dr Nardell!!

Dr Nardell, is the best Dr I have ever had.. Not only is kind, helpful and considerate, hes one of a kind.. He truly cares about his patients and will not stop till he helps them get well. His bed side manner is the best and this is coming from a former Paramedic withthe City of Chicago where Iam from.. In plain english Dr Nardell rocks,, His staff is also very special,, they truly care about everyone and are so helpful and accomadting to your needs. Keep up the good work girls..

When you try to explain something to some doctors, they try to second guess what you are going to say or they will actually disagree with what you say. Nardell listens. He doesn't agree with what you think, he will explain why. He does not push general medical treatment, but he suggests what he believes will do you the most good. He is only two doctor, after 20 years of living in Las Vegas, who's appinion I trust.

Spends lots of quality time with you and truly cares about you!! Have lots of trouble getting a appointment.Have to wait at least 3 weeks to be seen

I don't mind the wait as he takes as much time a needed with his patients. I never feel rushed. He does a comprehensive analysis of test results etc.

Dr.Nardell is a good,caring,patient doctor.He takes time to talk to you during your appointments and always answers any questions you may have.The only thing I don't like is that he is always running late.When I go to appt. I always wait at least 30 mins before being called back and then at least another 20 mins before the doctor even comes in.One more thing,it is very hard getting a appoitnment.You have to wait to at least 2 weeks for one.

Staff is very unprofessional and lacks courtesy. The physician is very hard to get in to see.
