I can't think of enough superlatives for Dr. Stradiotto. I had my hip replaced 2 weeks ago, and my recovery has been amazing, thanks to his expertise. I will have a very discrete scar, I had no bruising whatsoever after the surgery, and the swelling was minimal. I used pain meds for about 8 days, and gradually reduced the pills and then substituted Tylenol as needed. I started driving today (my driving hip was replaced) with no discomfort at all. After having my other hip replaced 2 years ago with the posterior approach, I wish I had gone to Dr. Stradiotto the first time around. If you are a Kaiser patient searching for the best surgeon, I strongly recommend that you make the drive to Vallejo in order to have Dr. Stradiotto as your orthopedic surgeon. On top of everything else, he's very engaging and easy to talk to.
