Dr Cesar is a great Dr. She does the procedure well and I didn't know anything going on during that time. She takes care of her patients in their best interest.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cesar's for 8 years. She has been treating me for a chronic condition. Without her caring nature, knowledge and true concern for my health, I would not have been able to cope with my condition. I would recommend her to anyone. She has treated other members of my family and we all agree that she is the best GI in our area.

She has an excellent reputation, but is WAY too busy to spend the time needed for problem cases. Her diagnosis of my condition was so far off that she said I had a back problem...diverticulitis was not possible with my symptoms. Less than a month later, I was in surgery for severe diverticulitis.SHE NEEDS TO LEARN TO LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS and not make judgments based on her feelings. When a CT scan shows diverticulitis, it means diverticulitis exists...it's not the back.
