Dr Azam is slanderous of her fellow doctors- she throws everyone else under the bus and doesn't take responsibility. She treated my son and spent the whole time whining about everything under the sun. I always had this feeling that she was less than truthful. She must be doing her own reviews on here, I know no one who continues to use her. Just say no!

Dr Rubina Azam is a great Pediatrician

I had a very good experience with Dr Azam, i have visited her few times in past one year. Very experienced and caring doctor

My baby would scream for any other doctors she is the first one that took the time to actually look at my little girl . made me feel better about how she is breathing and let me know that is completely normal when other doctors just give her unnecessary medicine. I thank you!!!

We have been going there for over a year, I have 4 kids. Was transferred to the NP Stephanie. Oldest son woke up with blood shot eye, light sensetive, no discharge. First we thought pink eye, had meds at home, nothing worked it just got worse. Called day before Thanskiving, already closed and that was it . Came in on Friday, requested NP to check for scratches, refused to do the simple procedure. Instead sent us to Pensacola and swore they spoke with the opthomologist on call and they would come in. Drove all that way for an I turn to say it was allergic pink eye. Told them it was not that this was way worse. Sent home. Monday go to eye dr, iritis!!!!!! Week later eye dr wants lots of labs done, they couldn't figure out how to get a fax!!!! They finally called eye dr to find out what tests, I had to stand there and demand it be done right then or it never would have gotten done. Friday call for lab results, just came in dr will review and call after lunch. 2:00 pm, call them back , NP in with patient will call me back. They call back few min later to tell me that she doesn't know what any of the labs mean and that the eye dr would have to explain!!!!!!! What!!!!???? They where suppose to set up an appointment for my son with a pediatric rheumatologist ...still waiting almost 2 weeks later, nothing!!!! Btw we Dr. Azam only a few times at first to get us sucked in as patients then she is NEVER there, only a NP. That is not a dr and there is a HUGE difference, it is called medical school. Not that I liked her she just rushed through and moved on!

I was brand new in town, less than a week, with two sick kids (ages 4 months and six years) and this office was around the corner from where I lived. I called them for an appointment, they scheduled me for same day, but when I got there refused to see me. At the time, I was on Tricare prime, which should have meant that they would still see me but charge a 50% cost share, aka Point of Service option. When I arrived I was told that my sick kids could not be seen without a referral. The receptionist, Jenna, feigned ignorance of Tricare Point of Service and refused to let my kids be seen. I offered to pay cash up front in full covering any charges and she still refused, claiming that it was "illegal to not bill insurance if you have it." Most insane thing I have ever heard. It was late in the day and the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. Basically, the doctor either wasn't there or didn't want to see anymore patients and the receptionist was covering. Still, I was left with two sick kids the day before a holiday with nowhere to go as everything else was closed already, and they knew it. I have gone here since then and never had an experience that left me feeling the medical staff was competent. I had a bacterial rash diagnosed as a yeast rash, which became much worse when treated with nystatin instead of antibiotics. i also had a very serious concern regarding my child's possible exposure to an illness outbreak which was reported by the CDC. I called the office to see if I should bring my child in to be seen. The front office took a message to relay to the doctor, and the doctor never even bothered to return my call. They have also had frequent medical staff turnover, which is never a good sign. Do not recommend.

I do not recommend going to Baldwin Pediatrics. The main reason is the staff. They are not very courteous or helpful. They have problems with charging the insurance paperwork correctly and I actually caught them in a lie about a request for medical records that I had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I don't recommend this Dr. Azam. She is very rude and very condescending. She is prejudice and discriminates against military but will definitely take military money.

we see Dr Rubina Azam for our two kids and she is just wonderful with them. She takes her time with them and is always listening to our concerns. We love the idea that she doesn't believe in unnecessary antibiotics and spends so much time talking about nutrition . Her staff is great , they are very polite and nice. We never have to wait and have not had any complaints. We are very happy with her and we recommend her to all our friends and family.

I am a new patient and I'm very impressed she is a great pediatrician. I live an hour away but I come to see her she is an excellent pediatrician.

We are visiting panama city for the holiday weekend and our daughter got sick. Our insurance company suggested Dr Rubina Azam. We got same day appointment and were seen right away. Dr Azam saw our daughter and within fifteen minutes of taking her history and examining, Dr Azam diagnosed her and gave us a detailed explanation of that was going on. She was so kind and empathetic. We Were so moved by her excellence and competency. It was very obvious that she loves what she does and she genuinely cares about her patients. We are not from panama city but we wish Dr Azam could have Been our regular Pediatrician. She is a top of the class doctor with superb bedside manners and a beautiful office.

its just always a good experience to go see Dr Rubina Azam. The staff is excellent and the environment is so happy . My kids love to see Dr Azam. She is young,genuine, very sincere and listens to my concerns. I can see she works so hard and always makes sure we leave the office happy and satisfied. We just love her and love her staff. I just want to say thanks to her and her staff.

i did not know there was a medical office with no wait time. We were going to a pediatrician and we had to sit for 2 hours to see the doctor for five minutes. We switched to baldwin Pediatrics and it was amazing. We hardly had to sit in the waiting room for ten minutes and we were called into the exam room. We were seen by the doctor right away, quick, thorough and painless. It was unbelievable. We were so surprised. Excellent service and excellent doctor!

we just moved and are so thankful that we found dr Rubina Azam. She is excellent. My daughter has had some medical problems for a while and no one could give us an answer for her sickness and problems. Dr Rubina Azam in her first visit quickly figured the tests my daughter needed and she found out the root cause. I am so impressed. We moved from a big city and we never found a doctor like her. She is awesome. We wish we could have had her from the beginning. She is a great pediatrician

Very competent doctor

I took my daughter to her and it took me one hour to see her. She was not knowledgeable at all. She diagnosed her wrong. I would not recommend her to any one.

She was my sons pediatrician during his during birth. Never felt a deep sense of compassion, exams never lasted more than 2mins. While first visiting her office expect to pay $90 upfront, regardless of insurance. My son had an underlying issue and we only seen the PA, not Dr. Azam. I could keep going but my overall impression is her office is concerned more about money and level of care delivered was not worth the money she charged.

DR Rubina Azam is an excellent physician and has excellent bedside manners. She goes goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. You would hardly find such an excellent doctor like Dr Rubina Azam for your kids. i find myself lucky to have someone for my kids , so kind , so concerned and so good . As a parent, i would pay anything for the kind of service and attention i recieve at Baldwin Pediatrics.This is my last lucky stop in search for my kids doctor.And yes, Panama city is lucky to have a great doctor like Dr Rubina Azam.

Dr. Azam is the best pediatrician I have found in Panama City. She saw my son for the first time in the hospital and he has been going to her ever since. She has been great. She has made it where he is not having asthma attacks like he was. The staff is great very friendly and professional. I always get to see Dr. Azam even when I come in and they tell me he might have to see the PA she always takes the time to see my son. She takes as long as you need with your child and answers as many questions that you have. Never rushes in and out always courteous! I am so relieved to have found Dr Azam she is in my opinion the best dr in Panama City!
