Dr. Silverstein is always willing to take the necessary time to understand and explain my condition. He is a very good listener answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His nurse, Bella, is equally as good. She does her job with high energy and a pleasant demeanor. They are the best at making sure the patient understands what is needed and following up via the online portal.

Most of all, he and Dallas Nephrology Associates give me a sense of well-being and hope. I especially very highly recommend him to other diabetics dealing with diabetic nephropathy.

Everyone in this office is nice and helpful. When I go in for a visit I am made to feel like I’m around a bunch of friends. Dr Silverstein and his whole staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Very happy with my visit with Dr. Silverstein. My meeting was pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and went over my test results.

The Doctor was very relaxed an encouraging and spent 30 minutes with me and my husband and answering all of the questions that we had.

Very informative and very positive attitude

I 've been seeing Dr. Silverstein for about 6 months. I had some lingering concerns about my lab work after meeting with him and instead of answering me via portal or through his amazing nurse, Bella (who I adore!!!), he called me and spoke with me on the phone for at least 10 minutes. He's kind, personable, thorough and relatable. Not only would I recommend him to family and friends - I already have.
