Dr. Slicker is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 years now and he’s very matter of fact. I like that about him. He tells you what the issue is, helps you get and implement a plan. The office staff is courteous.

I have been seeing Dr Sliker for YEARS. My entire family sees him and has been for years. I have extensive medical problems so I mainly see specialists for my medical needs but I recently found out I lost one of my specialists. Due to an insurance issue leaving me without meds . Very important meds and meds that would create horrible consequences if stopped immediately. Therefore I called my PCP Dr Sliker. I had found a replacement for my specialist but there would be 3 week break leaving me without meds. I went to my appointment and he said that he would fill them all to hold me over. The next day I checked and he did NOT call all in as one is a controlled substance. I ask NOTHING of this Dr. All I needed was a lousy scrip to hold me over. Not only was he NOT Dr enough to prescribe it he wasn't Dr enough to tell me to my face at my appointment. AMAZING. So I will be spending 3 weeks in withdraw because I have a weak Dr afraid to or unable to write a script.

I came in not having a primary Dr for some years and I have issues. Dr Sliker was very professional and nice and got me started on getting my yearly exams that I have missed for some time and didn't shame me for not doing them. I like the way he is straight forward without being an axx xxxx. My husband has been going to him for about 10 years and he likes him also. We'll see how this adventure goes but I predict it will be a success!

Dr. Sliker is an amazing doctor, but the practice needs a serious upgrade. The phone system is always down which makes appointment scheduling a pain. Wait times are also an issue. It always takes an hour from arrival time to being seen. All in all, if it weren't for the fact that Dr. Sliker is the best in the area, I wouldn't use this practice.

in 2012 I was given blood pressure medicine by Dr Sliker even though my blood pressure was low. My blood pressure went up and the dosage was increased twice by Dr Sliker. Each time my blood pressure went higher. After leaving Georgia I was taken off the medicine and my blood pressure went down but has not returned to the level it always was before the blood pressure medicine. I also had trouble obtaining my medical records from this office. and still do not have a copy from my first visit. I would stay away from this guy.
