Whole Health Orthopedic Institute, Dr Molli, and the entire team deliver a 5 star experience! All three offices in Erie, Meadville, and the surgery center all work seamlessly in their unified goals to patient outcomes. They clearly have a strong commitment to patient education. Dr Molli’s mastery of the direct anterior approach for hip replacement made sense to me. Arthritic pain relief was almost immediate. Used a walker to leave the surgery center, but didn’t need walker/cane/pain meds by second day. Highly recommend Dr Molli and this group for your orthopedic concerns!

I got my knee replaced 08/16/23 and I was back on the pickleball courts on 10/16/23 !! It is all due to Dr. Molli and his team. I received wonderful care and attention. All my questions answered, all my concerns were addressed immediately. I was a concierge patient and will definitely do that again when it comes time to replace my other knee. Per my observations, experiences and recent Total Knee Arthroplasty directly relating Dr. Philip Frndak and Dr. Ryan Molli’s organization – Whole Health Orthopedic Institute, it is my firm belief that the organization in its entirety has coalesced into what I truly believe is a World Class organization. Since some may view that statement as lofty, I believe it may be potentially beneficial to elucidate on my perspective and background so-as to provide some basis for that belief. Although I have recently retired from a large international subsea oil equipment manufacturer, I have been afforded the continued emeritus status of Chief Electronic Systems Architect & Technology Fellow in perpetuity. It was in 2013 that I was selected for one of the 9 inaugural positions of Technology Fellows out of over 10,000 Engineers and Scientists that worked for the company worldwide. By virtue of being one of the Technology Fellows for the company, I had the honor of working, observing and collaborating with some of the greatest minds in their respective fields around the world. Although in many of these relationships I was not the Subject Matter Expert, the commonality of these groups and individuals became quite evident regarding their professionalism, effectiveness and success. These individuals and groups displayed keen depth of knowledge, thoroughness, passion for their work, willingness (if not insistence) to educate, explain and listen all the while adjusting to the level of their audience, openness to diversity, continuous self-education, self-motivation, collaboration, confidence, congratulatory and uplifting demeanors. These are just some of the virtuous attributes surroundings these people. These same attributes are what I have observed from Dr. Frndak and every one of the plethora of team members throughout the organization that I have had the honor to meet and collaborate whether in the Meadville office, Edgewood Surgical Hospital or Erie office. Finding, assembling and nurturing such a vast caliber of people into a cohesive, synergistic and effective whole is NOT a small feat. Dr. Frndak and Dr. Molli, as well as everyone in the organization, should feel very proud of what has been collectively accomplished – It is surely an honor well deserved. I, as a member of this community, thank all of them for bringing this World Class organization to fruition in this region. It is my hope that everyone in the organization know that their efforts are appreciated and recognized.

I have been a patient for about two years. I was seeing Julia, a PA in Erie for injections. When I made the decision for surgery, everything moved along quickly. We did participate in the concierge option. We were so grateful for that option, this option did bump my surgery a few months but that was not the only benefit. My husband and I chose this option because it was best for us. I believe everyone, concierge or not, receives the best medical treatment from Whole Health JRI. Everyone I encountered was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you all, Dr Molli and staff in all three locations, Meadville, Erie and Transfer. I had a wonderful experience and sincerely thank you all.

I had a partial knee replacement 3 months ago and couldn't be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Molli, his office and the surgery center. From the first visit to the office I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It was top notch. Everyone has a job to do and they work as a team to see that once you select your surgery date everything set up for you. It was such a pleasure to work with highly qualified staff. It took the stress out of getting ready for my surgery. The day of the surgery I was very impressed with the surgery center. Again we were in the hands of highly qualified and caring employees from registration to everyone we came in contact with. The atmosphere of the surgery center was very relaxed and claiming and very professional. It was amazing I could go home the same day. My recovery was easier than I had anticipated. I was impressed by my range of motion and my ability to move around after 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Dr. Molli and his team. They are highly dedicated to patient care before and after your surgery.

Had a hip replacement was skeptical to have it until I met with Doctor Molli the whole experience was amazing . Walked out the day of the surgery with a walker . The team was right on and very professional. 5 stars are not enough!!

Dr Molli and his entire staff are true professionals. I went from needing a walker on March 22nd to walking out of Edgewood on the 23rd barely using a cane. 3 months out and I'm doing great.. but like Dr Molli says.. this is a marathon... not a sprint... 40 weeks until total healing..

I recently had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Ryan Molli at 6:00 AM and WALKED out of the hospital the same day at 2:30PM. I only used my walker/ and or cane for a week, and except for Tylenol, I was able to rid myself of pain meds within 10 days. Dr. Molli was kind, compassionate, and most important to me was confident in his ability to be successful. His time devoted to instruction both pre and post surgery made all the difference. If you know what to expect, you’re ready to succeed as well. The staff at both Whole Health Orthopedic Institute and Edgewood Surgical Center are top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Molli and his staff for joint replacement.

Love this place! Each time I called and asked for an appointment they got me in quickly. Love Barb! She is a compassionate and kind. The whole staff is so friendly. Five stars for sure!

Extremely upset upon learning from a family friend that was offered to move up their surgery date by paying $5,000 as part of a concierge. I’ve waited 3 months in extreme pain for my surgery and the family friend less than a month. Greedy surgical practice. Now, I’m curious on the day of surgery, who gets their surgery time first, the patient that waited 3 months or the one that paid $5,000. Unethical.

I was so pleased with the results after my knee replacement. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Frndak for my surgeon. He was caring and explained everything to me. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I give the highest recommendation to Whole Health orthopedic’s.

Dr. Molli has helped beyond my wildest dream. He replaced my left hip and I couldn’t feel better. I am scheduled for my right hip 6 weeks after my left hip surgery. I can’t wait for this surgery and be pain free in my hips! I can already walk without a cane!

I had a hip replacement surgery. Everything went absolutely perfect. Dr. Molli is the best of the best and that is an understatement! He educates his patients thoroughly and expects each patient to do their part, and abide by his guidance. Every one of his employees and staff are also the best of the best. I had a total knee replacement on 2/21/23. I am very pleased with the professionalism and compassion that Dr. Molli and his team showed me throughout the whole process. I walked out of the Surgery Center the same day and have been walking ever since. Of course I still have therapy to go through but doing what the doctor ordered has been very beneficial in my recovery. I recommend Dr. Molli and his team of experts to anyone who is considering any type of knee or hip replacement.

Wow!!!! That pretty much sums it up! I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff at both Whole Health and Edgewood Surgical Hospital. The nurses were amazing at both locations. Dr. Molli definitely knew what he was doing when he created the team that he did. He puts so much love and energy into each patient’s care. You can definitely tell this is his passion in life! He called me the night before surgery to ensure all instructions were delivered accurately and really helped put my mind at ease. He is so caring and compassionate. As most people would be, I was very nervous prior to surgery, but he really knew how to ease my fears and anxieties and I knew from the moment I met him that I was in good hands. Best of the Best! From start to finish you will not find a more dedicated and passionate surgeon. Dr. Molli’s attention to detail is impeccable. From the moment I walked into the most beautiful Dr’s Office I’ve ever seen to my experience at Edgewood Surgical Hospital I knew I was EXACTLY where I was supposed to be. Dr. Molli spends so much time and effort in creating the most amazing EXPERIENCE one could ever imagine when dealing with a “not-so-pleasant” concept of having surgery. He took over 2 hours out of his evening to provide an amazing patient educational seminar. He could have easily gone home to spend time with his family but instead sacrificed to provide an amazing educational opportunity to better his patient’s experience. He’s pretty funny too! He actually offers these free seminars every month and I highly recommend. From start to finish, Dr. Molli has figured it out. Wonderful patient/doctor relationship. Took extra efforts to explain my upcoming surgery. and i cannot say enough about the staff, they were so pleasant and so informed , When i first went into the office i was so uneasy and apprehensive. but after meeting Dr Molli and his staff i left feeling relaxed and confident that i had made the right choice.
