Working with your office staff was such a horrific experience over the last 30 days just to book an appointment based on a referral from another renowned Dermatologist in the Boise area that I took my business to another location. I think it is important that physicians are aware that the front desk staff is vital to retaining new patients and it will result in business lost.

Best cosmetic Dermatologist in the Trasure Valley. I have had fillers and Botox at various Medspas an other Derm offices in the valley and no one compares to Dr Owsleys expertise.

Had a filler performed at a spa in Boise that was lopsided and poorly done. Dr Owsley immediately recognized the problem and was able to fix the other clinics mess up. Very pt and caring physician. Wonderful staff

Saw him for first time last week. Have seen 3 other dermatologists over the last year. None could figure out what was wring with me. He walked in listened and within 5 minutes had good idea what was going on. Called me back today personally with skin biopsy results which confirmed what he was thinking. The treatment he started last week has me almost clear. Wonderful and intelligent doctor

I have seen Dr. Owsley for over 10 years now. He is always courteous polite and makes his best effort in treating my various skin issues over the years. I have seen several dermatologist in my lifetime and he is by far the most compassionate and best doctors I have ever met.

I did not receive a thorough examination. He froze 10 to 15 items on my head area and missed a very scary looking Carcinoma in my hairline which I noticed the next day! He was late coming in on my appointment by 25 minutes and spent 10 to 15 in the room. I called back the next day and told them about the scary looking thing that was missed on my head and they couldn't get back in for 21 days!! So, I found another office that would see me the next day after I told them the problem. The best part is the bill I received for the 10-15 minutes he was in the room $760.00. Never again!

Glanced at the area I was concerned about from across the room. Never examined it up close. Left the room and came back with a diagnosis printed off the internet.

I rate him poorly because he is impatient and doesn't listen and forms an opinion before he hears or sees what the patient needs. When he is questioned he gets defensive & abrupt. My regular doctor knew more than he did about my skin condition. His staff is nice, though

Offered to treat sebaceous hyperplasia on face with smoothbeam laser for $500.00 - mentioned that it was possible that a second treatment might be necessary but as I had been treated previously with the same laser at the same office with no need for follow up treatment I was not concerned. The treatment had no effect whatsoever. When I called the office for information they told me I would need a minimum of 3 treatments and possibly as many as 6 - all at $500.00 a piece. I do not have that kind of money, so I just threw away $500.00. The financial cost should have been clearly stated prior to treatment.

Dr. Owsley really cares and LISTENS to all my concerns. I always leave fealing like my concerns have been validated and my problem will be taken care of. I will continue to see him.
