I went to Dr Ridley to discuss options to help my hearing. I was particularly interested in the possibility of a cochlear implant since I still do not hear well with my hearing aids. He and his assistant did thorough tests, some of which I have not had before. He explained what would be involved and referred me to a cochlear clinic for a determination if I was a candidate. very efficient since I have already heard from the clinic. Dr Ridley is very good at passing on information and has a great sense of humor . Very pleased with the visit and I look forward to seeing him again after the evaluation by the clinic.

You can hear him in the hallways relating with young children, making them feel comfortable at a doctors office and my own appointment, as a first time adult patient, I was reassured that all steps would be taken to ensure the best medical decisions are made. I actually stayed a few minutes with more questions and had to call back for information- during this time his nurse was patient and kind and ensured I had an answer by the end of the day for all specific questions. They go out of their way at this office to make sure their patients are both comfortable and completely understand what is being said and done. I probably never would have gone to this particular building as the lab that rents the room above did lose quite a bit of my paperwork in the past. I still use Labcorp, just both that location. The reason I went to Dr. Ridley is because their front desk attendant empathetically got me an appointment about 24 hours after coming out of the E.R. since the E.N.T. to whom I was first referred was not covered by my insurance. I could only find good reviews and the visit was exactly as those reviews had stated. Dr. Ridley is covered by my insurance, however not as a tier- 1 meaning I actually pay twice the co-pay amount. But I will continue for the simple fact that out of every tier-1 doctor I have seen, they never a showed genuine connection through the office or staff like I experienced here. This doctors office has a heart and I genuinely trust what they say and any referrals they give will be my first choice. I have never seen a doctors office that worked so well together, on patients of all ages. This office is as caring as a home and as professional as every tier -1 organization. Extremely clean as well.
