Dr. Ryan Thomas Runyon, DO

Dr. Runyon is very knowledgeable. Always willing to look into what the problem is. He is personable and friendly, and never keeps patients waiting too long for his services.

Doctor is arrogant and dismissive. Some staff are rude and rushed. Doctor Runyon got an attitude when questioned and I mentioned getting another opinion. The only saving grace here is PA Powell and nurse Monica.

Called to get an appointment there because I unable to get in with my own doctor. They took me in right away!

The whole staff is great!

Office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't believe Dr. Runyon has actually been in the office at any visit of mine. I was seen by a PA, who was dismissive and interrupted me rudely when I had questions.

Dr. Has changed so much in the last year or so, needs to take good look in the mirror!

Was sent for a mammogram, the hospital had to contact me to tell me it was suspicious by a letter 2 weeks after the mammogram because he could not take time to read the report.

The staff is very rude. The doctor is dishonest. He acts self-righteous and arrogant. He treated my child and he was incorrect in his diagnosis.

If anyone is looking for an excellent family practice physician, you can't go wrong with Dr. Runyon. He's thorough, thoughtful, and empathetic. After being a Registered Nurse for 42 years, I have found that Dr Runyon is an excellent diagnostition, and if he is unsure of your diagnosis, he is willing to do the appropriate tests to try to find the correct one. He is very willing to send you to the right specialist, if needed, but doesn't send you out unnecessarily... I'm so glad that he is MY PCP!!!!

Dr. Runyon is helpful, knowledgeable, up to date on current treatments, kind and considerate of my conditions. His staff are also helpful within the scope of their duties.

To me he is very hard to work with on trying to get any help for my grandmother who is 85. We need to get bed pads and hospital bed and potty chair and other things to that nature. Well it is like pulling teeth by yourself. He will give a prescription but wont put a diganosis on that will get it covered through her insurance. When we all know she would diffently have things wrong at 85 that Im sure would be covered reasons.Im just not happy with his helping the elderly. My mothers Mom had a doctor that would go beyond for her to bad he is not around. Im looking for another doctor.
