Dr. Korley is a highly educated physician, I could not ask for a more caring doctor. Very good bed-side manners, always available to make sure his patients are taken care of in a timely manner. He always greets his patients with a hand shake and big smile. His patients health are his top priority to finding out what is causing their medical issue. Dr. Korley is a wonderful doctor. He listens to what you have to say. The only complaint is the waiting before you are called in to see him.

Bad experience all around with this practice. I would encourage those looking for new doctors look elsewhere.

Dr. Korley and all of his staff go above and beyond what is expected, always. The first visit with this office I thought, well let's see if things are this good next time I have an appt with Dr. KORLEY. Well, to my delight, the next time and every time since has been a stellar experience. The staff is consistantly conscientious about doing exactly what they promise. I feel like my health is in as good a hands as humanly possible. I trust Dr. Korley and his staff 100%. No questions asked.

I have been a patient of Dr Korley since 1996 when his office was in Winter Haven. I have followed him as he moved his office to Bartow and now Lakeland. The drive is worth keeping him as my physician. After a 20 year association I know him to be patient and caring, He will listen attentively and carefully explains everything and will never make you think there is anything or any other patient more important than you. He will call off-the-clock to answer a question you might have. Dr Korley seems to have a truly impressive knowledge of medicine and I feel all of his diagnostic assessments have been "on the mark". I have recommended Dr Korley to others who would provide similar assessments and I recommend him to you.

I would NOT recommend this provider unless you like waiting 2+ hours to be seen, as well as waiting longer periods than normal, to hear back on any test. Poor communication from staff & provider. Dr. Korley does not listen to the patient's very well, nor does he "really review" there medical history. My mom WAS a patient there until the last straw when she went for and x-ray of her chest cause she had a bad cough, was told by Dr. Korley himself, he would call her in a couple days with the results. After 1 week and several calls into the office, 2 weeks later, finally he called stating she needed to have a re-peat x-ray as there was a "spot" on her lung and therefore the x-rays needed to be done again, but this time of her lung. THANK GOD it turned out to be nothing. I am a nurse and have been working in the medical field since 1996 and can tell you, this is NOT normal to wait this long for any results.

The staff is terrible they cancel appointments after you have waited three months and then want put you another three months behind when you have no meds and can't get it to see the Dr. They are not very organized the dr is great and spends a lot of time with you and he is very nice but because of the problems it has caused us to go to a different Dr.

Dr. Korley is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, the reception staff you must endure to see him renders his talent wasted. It's not worth the aggravation of trying to communicate with them. We have had numerous issues with obtaining necessary paperwork from them. They are not responsive. Our employer has contacted them to fax in FML documentation, which they never send. We have requested it as well - still nothing. Just this morning, when following up for the 3rd time in a week on FML paperwork, the receptionist advised she will "get to it when she has time". It's unfortunate as Dr. Korley is an amazing doctor, but due to these ongoing and consistent problems with his staff, we will be changing providers.

After making an appointment to see this physician to establish a provider/patient relationship I was very disappointed after 2 visits.I was seen initially by a physician's assistant who essentially took a short history, followed by a quick visit with the doctor. He ordered some lab work, but not the one test he said could be helpful in diagnosing a problem I had presented with. Before going to the laboratory for the blood work some weeks later I went back to the doctor's office where I requested they add an order for the required test.Upon returning to the doctor's office for my second visit not only had the needed test not been done, but the doctor seemed unconcerned about it and did not reorder it.Additionally, and of the greatest concern, on my second visit to this doctor I again was not examined, other than my chest being listened to. No auscultation of vessels (a grievous and potentially fatal oversight)no testing of reflexes or neurological status and only the briefest of discussions of patient concerns.He said he would see me again and "do an examination next time." That would be, finally, on visit 3 that someone would examine the patient?When the office called me to tell me of my 3rd appointment I told them I would not be coming back, and that I was very unsatisfied with the lack of care I had received.The next day the office manager called me and wanted to hear my concerns. She said she would share them with the doctor.The next morning the doctor called, but only to blame his PA for not having done an examination on me. He said he does 80% of the exams but his PA does the others, and he assumed she had done mine. Had she done an exam but not made notes in the chart, or did he not read the chart? There was no examination done and the doctor missed the most basic tenet of medical practice. I don't understand the lack of attention to the elementary details in the routine practice of medicine.I am sad to write this review, as obviously I had chosen this physician to establish a relationship of trust and care.I left his office with neither.

I must state that he 's a very professional and a ethical Physician, "Dr. Korley!" You know when you have a good relationship with your primary Doctor...that feeling is unique and it doesn't come that easy, it's natural and lots of commen sence!

I like the doctor he makes me feel at ease which is very important to me. I have been a patient of Dr. Korely for about 4 1/2 years. When I got married my husband saw him. I wasn't properly diagnosed and Dr. Korely was the one who diagnosed me properly and got me on the right medicine. I had totally sworn off medicine, because I thought it made me crazy, but Dr. Korely put me on all the right medicine and I learned I needed the medications. I highly recommend him to my family and friends, because he is truly the best doctor and I have saw a lot of them. I never quite felt right before. I didn't know I could be normal I thought I was going to be the way I was without medicine forever and be like a crazy person for the rest of my life. So yes I owe him a lot that's for sure. If people knew me before Dr. Korely they wouldn't know me or recognize me from high school. Now I act the same as I always have. To have that gift and truly care about people is something special.

Dr. Korley and his staff are very caring people and go out of thier way and always willing to fit you in regardless how busy they are.

A true saint. Professional, Caring, always willing to listen and give you answers to your questions. I am 60 years old and have not been a person to go to doctors or have doctor visits. But Doctor Korley has changed all of that. I would trust Dr. Korley completely.

When my Mother was ill and hospitalized, Dr. Korley went out of his way to be extremely attentive not only to her but to us family members. This was truly amazing and very comforting. Thank you Dr. Korley.

I would like for Dr. Korley to have a satalite office in Winter Haven w/hospital privileges. The down side of that could be it would dilute the service he provides in Bartown
