Loved the practice, the staff, and the doctor. He is very honest, and will tell you what he thinks. I heard he was not “touchy, feely”, but I found him to be honest, an excellent surgeon, and very straightforward. I’m walking, no pain, back to the gym, and driving and walking. He is wonderful!

Dr. Messieh is number one in his field. I had both of my hip replaced. Recovery was quick.

Dr Messieh is the the most professional and knowledgeable surgeon that I would recommend to anyone needing a hip or knee replacement. My right total hip replacement surgery took place Feb, 2016 and I have had no pain issues since then, as a matter of fact, I was relieved of the pain I had before I had the surgery. The hospital and medical staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I told my sibling of my experience and she then came down from MD. to have her left hip totally replaced without a hitch. I cannot say enough to thank Dr Messieh and his staff, they are the best and would recommend them.

I had Knee surgery, full replacement, He explain everything before surgery. I am doing just fine after 1 month. improving each day. Dr Messieh is a very good Doctor and I highly recommend him for knee replacement.

Dr. Messieh tells it like it is. The sugar coating is the quality of the work this surgeon does. He is well respected by Winter Haven Hospital staff, and his office staff is extremely helpful. At the same time, you as a patient must also get on board with pre-op and post-op therapy, because it takes both the Dr. and the Patient's teamwork to make a success.

Dr. Messieh is a very competent and skilled physician. He is kind and compassionate and explains the procedure very well. It is very evident that he wants his patients to have a good outcome. He replaced my right hip and I would not hesitate to have him do my left one should that be necessary. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends who might need a joint replacement.

Dr. Messieh did an awesome job with my surgery. I was scheduled on a Monday, but due to the A/C not working properly in the OR, Dr. Messieh rescheduled my surgery, because he did not feel comfortable with the situation. Thank you!!

Excellent from first meeting to completion. Hardly any scare. Was up and walking 4 hours after surgery. Followed instructions and did physical therapy as directed with great results. I would highly recommend him and plan on having the other knee done by him.

Dr. Messieh is up front with what he can or can't do for you, but he also expects you to uphold your end of the deal by following through with rehab & regular exercise. The hospital, home health visits, rehab, the billing - the whole thing was smooth sailing. I've never seen any office or doctor run more efficiently.
