Dr Sam Najmabadi

I did egg freezing, IV Therapy & PRP with their office and am extremely happy with my experience. The PRP not only helped me get more eggs but also, it has helped with my endometriosis. I loved their staff and Dr. Najmabadi. They were thoughtful and informative throughout the whole experience. They were clear on what was and was not covered for me... remember this is an elective experience. Do you want someone who is clear and transparent with billing? YES! And they are.

The IVF process is such a sensitive process where you don't want to be stressed by unnecessary factors. I felt like going to this office was primarily like a business where the focus was to bill, bill, bill and then secondarily to help my medical situation. I left feeling really discouraged by this office and, as a result, the fertility profession.

Let me start with saying that DO NOT GO TO Dr. Najm Abdai. He is an average doctor for easy cases and not a compassionate person at all! he only cares about $$ Money, and Money, he will just pressure you to keep spending your money. Well I wasn't going to write this review because I believe that if you don't have something nice or positive to say , don't say anything. But after unsuccessful fertility treatments with Dr. Najm , I have ultimately I realized that he was incompetent for my case, or purposely didn't succeed so we would keep spending money and trying . Their billing department is also a scam, double charging and charging for things they say they won't, BE CAREFUL! We were a cash paid patient and paid for all services/treatments upfront at the time of services. However, 9 months after unsuccessful treatment and spending over 40 thousand dollars cash, they sent me a bill for $400! He does not have your best interest in heart and all he cares to convince you to spend more and more money. Please don't fall into his recommendation traps about vitamin therapy and extra treatments that increases your chance, ALL SCAM!!!!

I felt like this office's billing practices were questionable -- all about making the most money from patients who are very vulnerable. I was very turned off. The doctor is nice, but when you express concerns, he isn't so pleasant anymore.

Dr. Najmabadi was so kind through the difficult process, offered hands on and constant care and communication...I had his personal cell phone number! He was funny...so if you have a good sense of humor you'll love his dry wit. The staff was always sweet and helpful and really accommodating with my crazy schedule. I know I will recommend him to anyone I know in the future that has the same issues I did.

I owe both of my children to him he is one of a kind doctor and person

What a great experience we had with dr. Najmabadi and the center for reproductive health and gynecology. He was kind compassionate informative and professional. The staff was helpful and organized. The office was gorgeous. We are now proud parents of a happy healthy son after two failed treatments with another fertility specialist who misdiagnosed us. Thank you dr naj. We are forever grateful. Looking forward to coming back for our second one!

I was in my mid 40s when I found out that IVF was the only way I could ever get pregnant. We met with Dr. Naj and felt, from the moment we walked into his practice, that we had come to the right place. Everybody we met there was so nice and genuinely caring, especially Dr. Naj. I'm very much a realist and knew that, with my infertility issues, the chances of me getting pregnant were slim but I always wanted to have kids and I knew that we would try everything possible to have a family. Dr. Naj was absolutely wonderful every step of the way! He's amazing at what he does and is the most caring doctor you could possibly hope for. We are so very grateful to him, because of him we now have two adorable, healthy and happy babies, boy/girl twins, who are the light of our lives. Dealing with infertility can be very difficult for a woman, it was for me, and you need a doctor who will make you think and feel positive because that is a big part of being successful with infertility treatment. Dr. Naj has a true gift when it comes to making you feel positive. He has a great sense of humor and can make you laugh even when you're feeling down. He was very sensitive to our situation and had the best bedside manners I've ever seen in a doctor, and we had the same wonderful experience with all of his staff. Yes, he is indeed a "miracle worker" and the best doctor you'll ever meet!

Dr Najmabadi and his staff are wonderful, caring and compassionate. He was very thorough in assessing our situation and providing us with the best treatment which gave us our beautiful son. He was our third RE, the other two RE we had gone to were not as thorough. Dr Naj was accessible through the IVF process. He promptly returned calls even after hours. He was approachable and very informative which allowed us to make an informed decision to go through IVF. His staff was caring and supportive. They had a positive attitude which helped through the roller coaster of emotions you feel when going through IVF. Dr Naj and his staff were always punctual. Danielle his main RN was very helpful and available to answer even the most mundane questions. We will be going back to Dr Najmabadi in the future. I would highly recommend this physician.

We have been working with Dr. Najmabadi for the last six months and he is truly caring, compassionate, and thorough. After talking through our particular situation for one full hour and making sure we felt comfortable with everything, we decided to get all the usual work-up tests done on our next appointment (ultrasound, bloodwork, genetic tests etc...). We went to our follow-up appointment with Dr. Naj a couple weeks later where he again spent a full hour with us discussing the results and our various options. Dr. Naj was leaving for a short vacation during the long weekend that we would possibly start treatment, but he gave us his cell phone number, e-mail, and skype address so that we could call him at any time during his vacation if we had questions. I've never ever had a doctor offer up his information so freely and willingly. It turned out that we did need to contact Dr. Naj during his holiday and he emailed back promptly. I also interacted with the staff on half a dozen occasions and everyone was extremely polite, kind, and helpful.

Dr. Naj is great! I am sure he is not the cheapest, but he is VERY knowledgeable and he and his staff truly go through great efforts to make sure that your experience is as painless as possible. I have total confidence in him and he did a great job with my IVF procedures. I felt like I was in the Cadillac of Fertility Clinics :) He knows what he is doing and his clinic has great technology. He is personable and easy to talk to and I cannot recommend him enough. I will be using his clinic again in the future.

Dr. Naj and his staff are patient, caring and supportive while we went through the roller coaster ride. We were pregnant with #1 in 2006 and with #2 in 2010, both were results of Dr. Naj and his staff. The staff are all very friendly and professional, I felt like I was their only patient every time I am in the office. I can always get an appt time that I wanted and never had to wait for long to be seen. Dr. Naj is very knowledgeable and set the appropriate and realistic expectations for us during our treatment. Dr. Naj is the only RE that I would recommend for fertility treatment. We have had our ups and downs during the few years I worked with Dr. Naj, regardless of whether it is bad news or good news, he treats his patients with compassion and always available to answer any questions I had. Dr. Naj and his team are the BEST!

Dr. Naj was referred to me by my OBGYN and general practitioner, both of whom are also part of the Cedar's Sinai Medical Group. I researched Dr. Naj on the internet by way of reading reviews such as ones on this site and of course assessing his ART scores which proved to be quite high. I'm 44 years old and single, with moderate financial means, so there was no room for error in choosing a doctor. After completing a battery of tests to ensure the viability around any reproductive effort, Dr. Naj laid out a very pragmatic and well crafted approach to what he felt would work given my test results. Due to positive testing, we would proceed with IUI treatments which are far less invasive and less expensive than in-vitro fertilization. While I was skeptical around taking drugs, Dr. Naj was clear, concise and utterly correct in outlining the statistical advantages of doing so. Each procedure was well mapped out with what I felt was a tailored approach around my reaction to the required drugs. Dr. Naj's staff is incredibly kind and sincerely vested in his efforts. I felt that Dr. Naj truly cared around the outcome of his efforts (even providing me with a gratis ultra-sound at his insistence, following a procedure in an attempt to make a better assessment around a situation). My third try was a success and I am every bit confident that Dr. Naj's efforts played a considerable role in my success.

I would recommend Dr. Najmabadi to anyone who is having issues with fertility. My husband and I experienced many hardships trying to conceive and needed help in understanding what our choses were. I spent two of the hardest years of my life in and out of this office and was finally able to give birth to a beautiful little baby girl. Dr. Najmabadi and his staff not only helped me conceive, but they were there for me in other ways that I will always be thankful for. They treated me with kindness, support, and the attention that is needed in this delicate process. They went above and beyond the call of duty and were always willing to take time to calm my nerves and share with me words of encouragement. Dr. Najmabadi was truthful and spoke in a way that never depleted one's hope. I have my daughter due to his determination and extreme medical knowledge and I will be forever grateful to him!

Dr Najmabadi is truly the best fertility specialist around. My wife and I have seen two other specialists in the area and were unsuccessful, but got pregnant under Dr. Najmabadi's care on the first try. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, answers all questions, even gives his cellphone number/email address to patients. How many doctors genuinely treat with TLC these days. He is always available, working on weekends too.More importantly, he was rated the best IVF doctor with the most successes in california under SART.His staff is kind and his office is immaculate. Worth every penny to get the personalized care we needed through the infertility treatment journey.We are now blessed with a beautiful baby girl, thanks to Dr. Najmabadi and his capable staff. We have referred another couple who was desperately seeking a great fertility specialist and they are also happy with the care they received.

Dr. Najmabadi is the most incredible doctor i have every worked with. When i went to see Dr. Najmabadi in September, I was a shell of woman. I had been trying to get pregnant for two years and my husband and i had had three failed IUI attempts and two failed IVF's. My spirit was broken and my body felt like it had been through a grueling physical process.I had gone to see two other doctors to get opinions and Dr. Najmabadi was the third doctor I had seen. I liked the other two doctors but there was something special about Dr. Najmabadi and my husband and I knew he was the right person for us. I am about to embark on my third IVF cycle but my first with Dr. Najmabadi. The process has been SPECTACULAR. I have gotten better results with my egg retrival and our fertilization process then i EVER did before. I dont know what will happen with my implantation on Thursday - doctors are not God - BUT I will say that Dr. Najmabadi has given my husband and I back an incredible gift - THE GIFT OF HOPE.I was literally a shattered woman when i came to him and he put me back together.He is not only incredibly smart but kind soul. His staff is stellar.If you are a woman or a couple who is looking for the best of the best in the fertility world - Dr. Najmabadi is, as i like to say, THE MAN!

Responded very rudely to a question about pricing.

It's unusual to find an excellent doctor who gets excellent results, has a terrific bedside manner and has a capable, caring staff. "Dr. Naj" (for short) is all that and more. He takes his time to really understand your individual, specific case and all the things that can contribute to your fertility issue(s). He explains things in a way that are accessible even if you're not a medical professional, but he also doesn't dumb it down, and will give it to you straight so you can make informed decisions for yourself, with his help. This helps you plot the course that is right for you, as a couple, and means he doesn't rely on a formula that is the same for each patient - because each case is different. He feels like a partner in the process, and that confidence and comfort can mean a lot. He is incredibly understanding that this is an emotional roller-coaster, but is also very pragmatic and isn't going to have you make an investment in an IVF or IUI course that won't work due to whatever circumstances crop up that month - and things do change from month to month sometimes. He is very well-researched and well-read and keeps his practice on the cutting edge of fertility technology. He helps you get to the point where everything that could be a detractor from success has been resolved or at least discussed and accepted so your expectations, while hopeful, are managed, and then he guides you through every step of the way. He will answer calls and emails HIMSELF, and I also have amazing things to say about his staff who are so totally on the ball as well. His offices are comfy and everyone is completely caring and professional.Going through fertility treatment is never easy. Knowing you're in good hands wit a doctor who will do everything possible to maximize your chances, and who really seems invested in your success himself, makes a world of difference. His results, by the way, are also awesome (research for yourself on the CBC), I think this must be because he spends so much time on each individual case tailoring the treatment to make sure you have the best shot at a healthy baby.My husband and I would have been lost in this process without Dr. Naj, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.

I was referred to Dr. Naj from a friend who also needed assistance in getting pregnant. After going to other doc's inthe area, I'm so glad I went to him. He/his staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I am now 6 months pregnant and I owe it to Dr. Naj. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he made the experience and process.
