Dr. Samad Oraee, MD

Dr. Oraree was able to help me when several other local Spine Clinics said there was just nothing they could do for me. While his program does include pain drugs it goes far beyond that and I am seeing real improvement. He is also a fanatic about drug control so if all you want is drugs this is not the place to go. Both he and his staff are concerned about your getting better not just getting pills.

I was referred by my pcp to have doctor evaluate my case for treatment. I was my first time seeing this doctor. As soon as he came into the room, he was in a bad mood. He asked, "why are you here?" I explained the reason for my visit, and it was down hill from there. He was loud, and very insensitive. I have never been treated like that in a doctor's office. It didn't take long before I decided to walk and never turn back. I should have reviewed this doctor before visiting. This doctor should not be practicing medicine. He is differently in the wrong line of business. WATCH OUT!!!! you've been warned. **I will give 1 star for the staff members who were nice.***

Go elsewhere, do not see Dr. Samad Oraee. He will only prescribes narcotics and send you to therapy. My mother went to his office for severe lower back pain, not once did she ever get better. We wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and followed his indications for her care for 3 months. I am glad we went to get a second opinion elsewhere.

He is a doctor without a heart.

I have been a patient of Dr. Oraeeâ??s for almost a year now. I had been suffering with chronic pain due to multiple ailments for almost 7 years. Thanks to Dr. Oraee, I have been able to achieve a quality of life and functionality that I havenâ??t had in a long time. It is very important to me, as a mother of two young children, to be able to play and spend quality time with my children. There were many days that I could hardly get down the stairs, let alone, take my children to the park and play like â??normalâ?? people do. Now I have more good days than bad days and my children are happy as am I. Dr. Oraee was very thorough, sending me for multiple tests and helped me get the proper diagnosis that I needed to begin a treatment plan that helped me get my life back. Dr. Oraeeâ??s staff is also some of the most friendly I have encountered. They always greet me with a smile, as does Dr. Oraee, and I never feel rushed. They listen, and that is what is missing in most Doctor offices today. I would highly recommend Dr. Oraee to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Oraee and your wonderful staff!

Worst Doctor I have seen in my life. Very disappointed and wondering who gave this guy his medical diploma.I wonder. Worst experience of my life !!!!

I saw Dr. Oree's specialist for chronic migraine. I was just about to go for my 3 month appt. when I received a letter from Dr. Oree saying that the specialist was gone & we should call his office for refills on our prescriptions & that we could no longer go to his ofc for treatment. I called because my sumatriptan needed refilling. Dr. Oree rejected the request. He wanted me to pay him for an appt. to refill a prescription which is very needed and which I have been using for several years.

It took 2 week to get and appointment and waited 15 min to the doctor but it was all worth it. He spent time, completely examined and proposed a plan to improve my pain.

He is the worst Physician ever !! He does not have a bed side manner and frankly being a psychologist myself, I truly believe that he had ADHD as a child and was never treated. He is STUPID and ARROGANT !! a fatal combination. I do not recommend him to my enemies either.

I honestly will say that Dr Oraee is not very friendly but gets to the point and he has been the only Doctor that was able to relieve my pain . The people that put bad reviews is because they are crackheads, drug addicts, drug dealers and they are only look for certain drugs that would be sellable in the streets. If you are really in pain you take what the doctor gives you not what you want.

The worst physician ever.!!!! He is so arrogant and clueless about his field and does not have any knowledge about pain management or Neurology. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever visit this physician.

Great dr and staff

Dr. Sam is a good doctor. I have been seeing him monthly for 3 years. Due to unfortunate circumstances, he is not able to give his best work at all times, although he tries VERY hard to. It is a shame when good doctors are hampered by stupid bureaucratic B.S. from those better off staying behind a desk doing nothing. I like Dr. Sam very much and hope to continue with him for the duration of my infirmary (eternal). THANK YOU, DR. SAM!!!!!!

I was a patient at this practice for several years. At first, Dr Oraee was a very caring and concerned doctor, who took the time to talk about my conditions and physical problems, and discussed various ways to help maintain mobility and attempt to minimize pain. He was also willing to prescribe opiates as well as non narcotic medications, provided we patients signed and adhered to the standard pain contract. But after about 6 months, the practice decided to stop prescribing certain opiate medications for all patients due to the drug "epidemic" in the US. After this, both he and his nurse practitioner seemed much more concerned with what they prescribed than they were with patient concerns and care which was very confusing as they went from a good/great practice to only an average one and patients could only speculate as to why... A couple years later though, the practice was raided and Dr. Oraee was arrested by police in a sting operation, which might be the reason he had abruptly changed before. this is only a possible reason, but seems to make sense to me anyway. After the raid he was reprimanded but never lost his license to practice medicine or prescribe all medications . Even so, the practice was blacklisted by many pharmacies after this, making it very difficult to get any (even non schedule II) prescriptions filled. This combined with the overall down-turn the practice had taken made me decide to change pain management doctors.

Not skilled at all.

Been dealing with bad sciatic pain for a year now, and after seeing 2 orthopedic doctors & doing physical therapy, Dr. Oraee has relieved my pain in just 2 visits- WITHOUT narcotics. He did not throw pain pills at me like others have said. He is quick & to the point, but did take the time to listen. Also if research is done there is a method of injection without x-ray guidance. All I can do is speak for myself & so far he's been a pleasure to deal with, and so has his staff.

Dr. Oraee staff is courteous and prompt and when you see Dr. Oraee, he doesn't rush through your visit like the some doctor's do, very caring of your condition.

I came to Dr. Oraee frantic because I hadn't been able to find a doctor here to get my pain prescription from. He was kind and listened to my com[paints and fears. Her reviewed my records and took care of my needs. He has a good bedside manner, a wonderful nurse practitioner, and a considerate staff. Sometimes there is a wait., but he is worth it.

It is really sad that a Doctors staff will not give the doctor a message to call the person.
