Rude, rude, rude. Extremely long waits and no apologies for the time you waste waiting on her. Loves to roll her eyes and blabbers quickly. Very condescending and shows no compassion. The worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’m in my 60s.

Always a long wait. Very disrespectful. No compassion or empathy but plenty of rudeness and condescending! And no apology for wasting of your time.

Made an appt for BV. Waited over an hour and half and 3 days to find out I had BV. Took Flagyl as described but still had itching days later. Took 2 days to get the nurse to call me back, and she told me to take probiotics and eat yogurt, which I already do and is listed on my chart. Couple days later I call back because I believe I now have oral thrush, she tells me she is prescribing a vaginal antibiotic this time for the itching and she will get back to me after speaking with Jennifer Monicle about my tongue/mouth symptoms. She calls back 6 hours later to tell me Jennifer Monicle has never heard of Flagyl causing such symptoms and I should see my PCP but meanwhile take the antibiotic vaginally. I went straight to Urgent Care after work, my tongue covered in yellow fuzz along with other symptoms that the nurse ignored confirmed my thrush and $60 later I have an antifungal pill that I should have been given with the Flagyl weeks ago. They are too busy to care and actually listen to patients and they can't seem to make simple calls regarding antibiotics and corresponding yeast. The entire staff is rude. Go elsewhere and get the care you deserve.

The staff here don’t know how to run a schedule and treat patients poorly as a result.

I am very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She has been very kind in her treatment. I was extremely impressed at how she took the time to explain my diagnosis.

Very personable and explains things well. I like her nurse practitioner as well.

I have been going to Dr Kadiyala for 3 years now.I wouldn't go to anyone else after going to her.She is very sweet and truly cares about her patients. She is very thorough.

She's a good doctor but she takes to long.. I waited 2 hrs in the waiting room and another hr in the room

She was recommended by a friend but I was a new patient and I had to wait forever for the first appointment. That wouldn't have been a big deal except that it wasn't just for my yearly. On the day of the appointment I had to wait 1.5 hours to see the Dr. I will say the staff was mostly courteous and the Dr. was pleasant but I don't wait that long for any Dr. ever. I nearly walked out. She recommended a follow up appointment in 2-3 weeks. The office scheduled it for 3. 2 days later when I realized that day wasn't going to work I had to reschedule. The soonest they could get me in was a month after my first visit. Again, that's not a problem except that I HAVE A PROBLEM and miserable, painful problem. She seemed like a decent Dr. but I'm getting my records and going somewhere else, where they have time for patients. She's a good Dr. if you don't mind waiting and you're just going for your annual exam.

The Dr. Is very nice but I just got off the phone with a very rude employee. Im not dealing with rude staff! I will drop this Dr. Office like a hot potato and be seen at a Dr. Office where the staff is nice no matter what the circumstances. They lost me as a patient. Good luck to anyone else who have to deal with these staff members that think they are above others just because they work in a Dr. Getting payed no more then Bucees employees..

I have been very pleased with Dr. Kadiyala. She is very through and explains things in an easy to understand way. I would recommend her to anyone.
