Dr. Samer Alkhuja, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Alkhuja for a little over a year. He is the most caring, thoughtful Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of going to. He is very attentive. He asks questions and listens to every concern you may have.He always makes sure you are up to date with medications, too. His staff is very friendly and the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Alkhuja for all pulmonary problems.

My first visit was exceptional. He was attentive and appeared to care. The second time, he was rude, and verbally negative like I was wasting his time. He kept asking why I was there....Well Doc,.I am here because you told me to come back after I tried the C-pap and nasal spray that you superscribed. Um I could have saved myself the co-pay and not come back. He treated me like crap the second time. I will not be going back to him and I recommend you all wait to write a review until after the second appointment.

I trust my life with this Doctor. Since I moved to Pennsylvania in 2013 he has been the best doctor so far I have found and have as my Doctor He's the best here in this area I would highly recommend him for anybody with lung problems and see this Pulmonologist he's the best in the area of East Stroudsburg PA Monroe County.

Every time i went to him,he would say everything OK.Even i have COPD,he never asked if i need any medication,he never took the time out to talk to you.It was in and out ,he never said good by.My Medication i get from my regularDr. That's wy i swiched to another Dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Alkhuja since 2001. He is the most caring,compassionate doctor I have ever met. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is not a rusher out of the room. He sits and talks with you and listens to your concerns. He is my favorite doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone

He is really good at what he does

I was diagnosed with a 4 cm mass under my breastbone. He received a copy of my CT report, handed it to me and told me it was completely normal. I was having serious breathing issues and was told to use an inhaler twice a day and I would get better. I wouldn't recommend him for my worst enemy. Each time I saw him, it was like being on an assembly line. He came in, talked rapidly for 1 minute, smiled and told me he'll see me in 8 weeks. If you're experiencing a serious problem, please do not go to him! Had I not followed up with another specialist, I would have never known that I have cancer.

Dr. Alkhuja is caring, courteous , and friendly. Thorough when explaining important medical information about your health. Will definitely recommend to a family member or friend.

Dr. Alkhuja is the most caring Doctor I have visited in my 72 years. He is very thorough in his testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. On a scale of one to four,l I rate him a 10.

Dr Alkhuja misdiagnosed my dad and he is on his death bed. During his hospital stay he not once went and spoke to the family. Hope a malpractice suit will wake him up. How can you not know someone has cancer until they are on their death bed? Run this doctor is bad news.
