This has been my third colonoscopy/endoscopy with Dr. MOURANI and I have to say that I’m always amazed at how efficient, kind and medically competent the whole operation runs…from the girl at the front desk to the LVN prepping you to the incredible,anesthesiologist and of course Dr. MOURANI. I used to live in pasadena but recently moved to Redlands. I received terrible service in redlands and decided that the drive back to my old gastroenterologist was worth taking. I am so happy I did that. I thoroughly trust dr. MOURANI and can only say great things about him. The procedure is unpleasant enough so knowing you will be treated well and competently makes traveling worth it. I highly recommend Valley to all.

There was a misunderstanding (on my part) regarding the time of my appointment, and consequently, I arrived late. The staff was warm and understanding, and Dr. Mourani was still able to see me. The nurses were efficient, professional, and amiable. Dr. Mourani was equally as nice. This was my first experience with Dr. Mourani, and so far, my impressions are very positive.

Dr. Mourani and his staff are caring, kind, and compassionate. They listen to patient concerns, answer any questions, and make plans that respect patient priorities.

I saw Doctor Mourani today and he was very friendly and attentive to my health concerns and I felt calm to know I was in good hands. He also followed up on on items that I have to do like bloodwork and MRI. He is truly an amazing Doctor and I would highly recommend him. The staff was very professional and were on top of it.

Dr Mourani’s office is top-notch! Runs like a well oiled machine. Communication and the intake process on the day of my procedure was fantastic. The nurses, Bethany, Tiffany, and Claire made sure everything was explained to me properly and provided the utmost care.
