She has a kind heart

I have been with Dr Forde for many years and have followed her from her practice in Flushing Queens to Forest Hills. She has a great bedside manner, full of compassion and brings a wealth of information to her patients in a fashion that emphasizes preventative medicine and appropriate treatment when necessary without trying to scare you into unnecessary tests or treatments. She is amazing!

She is a disaster.

Please, whatever you do, do not go to this "doctor".

This is the first time I visited the center in Flushing. Dr. Forde is very knowledgeable. She spend a lot of time with me and gave all the information and advices. She was like an angel to me. Thank you, Dr. Forde. Keep up the good job!

She was extremely rude during the visit. Horrible bedside manner. And she never calls to follow up which is frustrating because communication between the patient and physician is vital.

I am very happy about the excellent care that I receive from Dr. Forde.

I have no complaints about my new PCP. I'm very happy that she explains things clearly and concisely. I find the doctor to be quite considerate.

Rushes through appointments. Only agenda is to lecture you about smoking, overlooking your current medical needs. Staff gives you the run around whenever you need something. They refuse to do anything, besides collect their paychecks. Forget it if you have an emergency, they do not care. Cannot wait to switch my PCP and get out of that office.

Dr. Forde is always so backed up, I can never get an appt to see her even though she is my PCP! I always end up seeing her NP, or PA. The one time I did get to see her, she was extremely rushed..didn't establish any patient interaction with me..she didn't ask me any questions to try to get to know me even though I was a new patient for her! Overall wouldn't recommend her.

Dr. Forde is my favorite family physician, hands down, of all time. She is warm, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and prompt, spends all the time you need to understand what's going on medically, and obviously cares about her patients' well-being. To be totally honest, I only write this review now because I've moved and need to change PCPs, and was afraid before that Dr. Forde would get mobbed with other patients (sorry Dr. Forde!). The only single drawback is Queens Long Island Medical Group, where Dr. Forde practices... messages to my doctor are relayed very slowly, the referral approval process for physical therapy providers outside of the QLIMG is ridiculously long (especially when you are in great pain), and due to its corporation-like organization, interactions are extremely impersonal and insensitive. Basically, if you have no special needs, go to Dr. Forde, because she is great (her nurse is wonderful, as well).

I must brief because im not the type to write an essay lol. But I must say she is a keeper she has been my doctor for a number of years and not only does she have excellent bedside manner but she is knowledgeable in her expertise. Last words... look no further.
