Dr. Lalla charged me $7,500 for a five-area liposuction surgery, plus an additional $1,000 to inject fat in my bottom area. On the day of the surgery, just as I was about to get wheeled into the OR, he told me that he would not perform lipo one one of the five areas because it would cause skin sagging. This was after he had OK-ed that area for lipo during two different appointments at his office. When I asked him about it at one of my post-op visits, my file was nowhere to be found to check on his notes. He wrote me a $300 check as a way to compensate me for the fact that he did not stick with our agreement. That math is obviously very much in his favor. Another issue was that he gave me expired medicine for my bruises. He scratched off the expiration date on the bottle with a pen, saying that "these things never expire." Obviously I never took those meds, but I did keep the bottle and showed it to him at a follow-up appointment expressing my concerns. He denied giving it to me. I asked the office for a copy of my file (which is any patient's right based on HIPAA regulation) and only received part of it, with some notes that did not match what actually was discussed during my appointments. I emailed Gina and ask to fix these errors in my file, but she never responded. The experience overall was lacking in quality and organization.

Today is the one year anniversary of my procedure with Dr. Lalla. I could not be happier with the results! I was nervous to follow through with the procedure I had been dreaming about for years, and finding the right doctor was the scariest part. I can honestly say that I could not have picked a better team! Between Dr. Lalla and his beautiful wife, Gina, my experience has been nothing but the best. Not only am I thrilled with the results, but I found myself feeling like a part of the family. For anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon and a woman who knows her way around beauty - I cannot recommend a better team. Dr Sanjay Lalla is a wonderful doctor, excellent surgeon and kind and compassionate person. He is easy to talk to and unpretentious like many other surgeons that I interviewed before him. I had a breast reduction to help with my neck and back pain. It has truly helped me. Dr. Lalla has seen me twice a week after the surgery and then each week after to make certain I am healing well. He and nurse Gina are amazing, kind, expert professionals. I HIGhLY recommend them.

I made a great decision coming to Dr. Lalla. He's a very welcoming doctor. My experience with Dr. Lalla and his entire staff was wonderful. My stay in the hospital was awesome. I had a great team to take very good care of me. Dr. Lalla is a rock star for life.

I love Dr.Lalla & his staff. Back in 2018 I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo & bbl. I loved my results and went back for round 2 since I needed more work due to weight loss. Feb 2019 I had breast lift & Augmentation, tummy tuck revision (I wanted the vertical cut to make me tighter, I looked fine and original TT was great but I wanted more), bra line lift, mons lift, more lipo and fat to my butt (I didn’t want my lipod fat going to waste and figured just add more to my butt). I’m 3 weeks out and loving the results of everything. I highly recommend Dr.Lalla and if I should ever need more plastics he is my goto hands down.

Brazilian Butt Lift

Be wary when choosing your doctor. I wouldnt recommend going to this doctor for implants or anything butt related. Maybe he is great in other things but implants, especially, and fat transfer with implants? No. I had to have my mother get a hold of the doctor because I was to emotional unstable to do so. He told her on the phone that I wanted a big butt which is a lie. I only ever wanted a decent size butt for my body with projection and lifting my saggy folds. I told him during the first consult that I was not looking for anything like KimK. Was also concerned about my glute folds and how they sag. Was told implants would lift and round that out and if needed would cut and tuck folds. Neither happened and I'm still left with gross banana folds and big indents right underneath where the implant stops. Was then told I have dents because that's just the type of skin I have yet I had no dents in my butt before except some small cellulite when I sucked in my cheeks. I have indentation all over my butt and the whole outline of the implant can be seen and felt. Was told the implants are 'in' the muscle but I highly doubt that. They are heavy and saggy and can feel them with every move I do. They are extremely palpable, superficial and edgy. I would never want anyone I'd be seeing to touch me like this. I also complained in person that implants where causing pain and was told either more fat around it would help or to maybe deal with the pain because he wanted to save the implants. Was told he would take extreme amounts of fat out of my legs to put into my butt to 'fix' how it's completely empty on top and saggy on bottom from all the fat he added there in the first surgery. At this same visit I showed him my upper but to mid back and how I can pull up my skin and said I think I need a body lift and was told he only performs those on his weight loss patient even though I told him during our initial consultation I lost a little over 70lbs. He touched my legs before marking for surgery and did not want to lipo them because of how loose my skin was from losing weight yet now he wants to remove fat and completely ruin another area to 'maybe fix' my butt. Told my mother on the phone for a second time that I would just have to learn how to live with the pain. What doctor says that? I wanted to get surgery because I was a little self conscious of how my butt looked compared to the rest of my body and just wanted a little something there but instead I'm now left with a horrible nightmare that is making me even more depressed and self conscious then I already was. Went to see other doctors to get 2nd opinion all of which where shocked to see what my butt looked like and had to question who did this? They were all surprised that I had two incisions on my butt to place the implant when they usually only use one and surprised where the drain holes where. Each of this doctors did a more thorough examination of my body and problems areas then Lalla ever did. First was Dr Heller who said that I was not a candidate for butt implants and how I have loose skin from losing weight and need a body lift. Also was told I barely have any fat on my legs and that the amount Lalla wanted to take was unrealistic and would cause my skin to ripple and droop. He also felt my implants and was unsure they were even in the muscle or even deep enough. Was told they're way too palpable. Next was Dr Gartner and he recommended taking them out and seeing what they look like after and if need be he would do a lower body lift to lift up my butt. He no longer does butt implants because they are tricky and many people come back to get them removed. He also told me I barely have much fat. He recommended going to see Dr Senderoff. Next was Dr Senderoff who wanted to put in bigger implants and do a banana fold cut because Lalla added too much fat to the lower section of my butt. He was also surprised how hard and edgy the implant was and did not even think it was in the muscle. He also would have to lipo my butt to fix the mess of uneven fat distribution that the surgery caused. When also checking my incisions he was shocked how long they were and said he really went for it, didn't he? Usually the incisions are a few cm mine goes from top like to bottom. When laying down to see what my butt looks like that way he said the reason I can pull up my skin is because I have a loose skin. Dr Aydin who doesn't really recommended butt implants and also said lipoing my legs would cause big problems. He also said the lumbar sacral area I have which they usually lipo is all loose skin. He recommended we take implants out and do a lower body lift and an auto augmentation with my own tissue so he can put every back into place where it should be. He also said it looks a little deformed back here and its giving me a odd shape. When I question the other Dr's why it looks different when I lay compared to standing is because gravity plays a role on your skin and when you have a skin issue of loose skin it makes things look different. I knew from the first day and week of the surgery something was not right. Dents in skin under implants right after surgery and pudgy loose skin on top of butt to mid lower back. Only ever looked somewhat 'normal' if you could call it that was when I was 20lbs of fluid retention but once that went away you could see the mess I was left with. Was told it'll get better over time but that was beyond the truth. When confronted on the phone neither Lalla or his wife could answer the question of do you think this actually looks good instead all my mother got was a mhm mhm from the wife and I did nothing wrong from the Dr. and how he did a service and the service was complete. Well, sorry, but your service was atrocious and made my butt look like some type of Frankenstein experiment that someone else has to spend hours
